A rather lengthy video of Gordon Bevier performing footbag tricks with live sound. In honor of his 28th birthday.

Enjoy.

I don't have time to watch this vid right now. I've got to shave and get to work. But I do have time to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FLASH :!:

I don't know where to start. You Ken and Lon inspire me more than just about any footbag players. I'm getting ready for the Big 30 in less than a month myself.

Enough about me. The old school tricks would have been cool enough on their own but the way you throw them in with everything else is such a huge accomplishment (imo). The level of creativity is so cool and your style reads like a novel. Long, structured, plot-twisting, characters getting developed all over the place... complex, and here is the big one: intelligent.
It seems like you have really dialed so many moves that you can use certain tricks and combinations to build stories and express yourself with them. So cool.

Thanks for challenging the sport (rarely done) and for being such an inspiration.

Happy Birthday

You're on another level. That was sick.

One of my favorites was the phish intro shuffle, 'weightless' with the simposium mirage, p eggbeater right on beat, and the 'curiousity' dive double pick up syncrocity <-- new word score.

Happy birthday fo sho. Hope you had a good one. Hi aiden! Cool editing.

That was really impressive. It looked like a lot of fun, AND the runs were really solid and long. Props.

See kids, this is your reward for sticking with footbag until you are 28. I can't wait until I turn 28, because I want to play this well.

In all seriousness, thanks for the vid and happy birthday. I assume all of this was shot from one session? Looking forward to the Flash special in the calendAr too.

I was reading Ryan T.'s blog and he said something like "who's style matches their personality" and I thought of this video. If you know Scott and watched this vid, I think you can understand what I mean.

I really really liked this vid. In the past number of years, I've saved 2 videos to watch repeatedly, and they're both from Penn State. That recent Clavens one with all the double spins and other madness and cool song in background, and this one.

Gordon and Aidan,

Thank you so much for sharing this video. I really enjoy live sound videos, espcially when it is someone smooth like Gordon. The shred was amazing. Nemesis? My God!

Gordon has been an inspiration to me since I started playing footbag some time ago. It is great to see that he is still pushing himself AND getting results.

"I'd like to check you for ticks."

You listen to such cool music.

Peace.
