Hey Cod! Been a while since we've seen a video from you. Cool. Props on slaying the toe beast.

It's a little tough to see. What exactly is the combo? I think I know what the last 2 tricks are. Maybe you could put a description on the YouTube page? Also, some slow mo and a "I'm coming for you Kevin!!" would have been good ;) :P

I wanted to edit the description but there were some error and I wasn't able to do it. The combo was: Bujo Can't (Rooted Pixie Quantum ss Mirage) > Pixie Merlin > Pixie ss Merlin.

I had no time recently to make videos. Plus, I had an injury. I think, you will see some more stuff of me on Wiktor's Christmas Calendar vid from Zocha Jam. I've got really nice combos on the Circle Contest eliminations so maybe he will put them on his video.

frooty ss mirage (frooty being rooted frantic, or symp pixie quantum) > pixie merlin > pixie ss merlin

props cod! you are the man! I love your style.

Nice Cod!

Have you ever tried a non-rooted symp pixie set? like a ss symp mirage done on the uptime?

That's a sick combo, and everything looks clean as far as I can tell, but I don't understand how it's a beast. I can see the second and maybe the third getting an x-dex and being 6-adds, but I can't see how the first trick could be anything more than a 5 add trick.

maybe it's 6 adds because the pixie in the first move is both rooted and symposium

it's just as hard either way :)

for the first trick, I count

toe > [no plant while] same in [BOD][DEX] > op in [DEX] > same in [DEX][XDEX] > op toe [DEL]

quantum is a full dex, and so is the following mirage, hence qualifying the mirage dex for recognition by the XDEX add...

right?

if I'm wrong, please correct me.

It's just like Matt wrote. At least in my meaning of X-dex. And even if you don't count it like that, I feel extremaly good because of this combo :).

Answer to previous questions:

1. The only player who hit Toe To Toe Beast before is Kevin Ragamey, I think. He hit at least one Beast, which was some time ago on Online Sick 3 Competition. It's possible he hit more since then.

2. I have tried ss Symposium Pixie with no Rooted but it's impossible for me to hit at the moment.

Very nice Cod.

I wish I could hit a toe beast.....hmmm.
First think about how to practice or don't bother practicing.
