Hey again
long time no post from me, but there was not so much to tell.
I was on my own in Vienna, It was cool to met all the people.
It was damn hot there, on one day 45° C.

I have sind mid july problems with the left side of my back through my work. I got now radiotherapy and medicaments against that. Hope It will be fixed soon that I will be able to play footbag without pain. Its not that I have only the pain during footbag, the pain is all the time there. Its not so bad that I cant do anything but its sucks. :?

Finally today I got post from Planetfootbag, a huge package. :)
2x pair quantums 02
3x footfighters
3x shorts
1x freedom footbag
1x special filler 100g
1x net footbag
I made a mass ordering with 5 people and added together we had to pay 260€. *g*
And thx to planetfootbag for the 2 t-shirts ,the flyers, stickers, and small posters. :)

hey dude
Today I was at the doc and got my second radiotherapy. nor 3 radiotherapies and then im done and
I hope the pain is gone. My work is very cool, my breaks are often longer than my wanderings that I
have to do. *g*
Tomorrow I got the late shift and I have do a wandering at 17.45 and then at 19.30. Thats my work for tomorrow :D
I just love it. I got 2 friends who are also now doing their civil work and both have to work 7 hours a day.
Jackpott^^

I made a drill list to school my basics a lil bit. Sometimes when I shred its so frustrating, I have no scheme in it.
Its just playing and thinking what I could do. I'm trying it but I cant be constant. Therefore the drill list.

my spinning clipper got better, I have now more feeling during the spin. flipside is like I'm drunken. *g*

btw I lost my first pair Quantums 02 which I bought in vienna. :?
I was on my way to the park, I left our home and I walked to my car. I got my bag on my back, in my right hand my new pair
Quantums 02 and in my left hand a waterbottle and the keys. I stepped to my car, I put the shoes on my car and opened my door.
I cleaned a lil bit and then I drove into the park. What I forgot, was my pair quantums on my roof of the car. :(
Shit happens and since 3 days im again owner of the quantums 02. *g*

We had yesterday a meeting to make a footbag club, now we have to make all official. Like registering etc.
Hope it will work. And im currently working on 1 shred video from the german championships.
stay tuned 8)

hey folks
Today I had 2 sessions, the first one was very short and with a new shredder. He wears quantums and got a footfighter, his name is dom and he is very good and learns very fast. Today I explained him legover and he hit it after a few tries both side and he got clipper>near pick up. His clippers are also very good for the beginning, I think if he will continue and I think he does, He will soon master the basics. Very funny, because one friend of mine got his quantums and bag already one year and his progress is like a walking turtle.
My game wasn't really there, my back problems are almost gone but now there is a pain at my left foot, which hurt on every impact. :?
I recoverd myself extra the whole weekend and didnt played for 3 days, but the pain isnt gone.
Even with my pain I did a midstring clean phoenix, I think it was like
plo>clipper>near pick up>phoenix>handcatch.

At my second session I played with a friend at the park. We were just playing, no drills or so, just shred. His runs got longer, also when he has some toe bails in it. I think his longest runs was like 15 contacts, with maybe 3 or 4 toe bails. My runs are also more constantly, I think my average tiltless run is like 10 contacts with a few 3 add tricks. I thought about hitting pixie double legover, I tried it a few times but I couldnt jump without pain, but I think I can hit it soon and this would be my first 3 dex trick. :)

bye have to sleep, got tomorrow the morning shift.

the pain isnt gone. :?
I think I have to rest a week or maybe longer.
Had yesterday a small session, trilled only a few tricks.
Hit my first ducking butterfly, also new ducking butterfly>spinning clipper.
And finally I got my first swirls down, walkover>swirl were easy but I couldn't do swirls otherwise til yesterday. :)

Hey folks
At the moment I got a 3 hours break till I have to make my last wandering for today. pretty cool even we are since this month only one per shift, sometimes there are so less wanderings. :)
To make the club official will take some time, because 3 of us (including me) had an expired ID. Such a bad timing.. :x
To recieve the new one will take 3-4 weeks.
The Summer is over and the autumn is already there. So we need soon a GYM. Maybe we get a small one from a Kindergarten, its pretty small but you can easily shred in there with 4-5 people. Tomorrow we will know more, hope we get it although we arent yet a club. Did I told that Iam the chairman of the club? :)

footbag stuff:
 Datw's are getting better and better, did a few datw's midstring like pick up>datw and legover>datw
 spinning clipper>spinning clipper>spinning handcatch
 my flip pixie is coming
 flip plo

damn im really pissed off, someone broke my window of my car yesterday evening. I had my holder of my navi at my windscreen and I think therfore they broke into my car.. :x
Luckily it wasn't in my car, they touched my radio and ripped of the plastic rand. Really dumb, they had pull it of easily, it wasn't anchord. Maybe they were smart enough to see that my radio wasn't very expensive. As they touched my radio, they turned it on and therefore is my battery of my car empty... ffs. Now I can drive with my bike or with the bus to my work.

Hey Chris.

Keep posting new tricks or links that you have recently hit.
I think that we are near the same skill level and I enjoy your updates.

hey john, thanks for your post and for your words. And I try to take more notice to my blog, even if I have only nonshred things to write about.
Because at the moment my backpain is "back" again. I didn't shred for weeks. :/
I think I will go in the next days to my doc. Luckily next year my job has some changes with my work and this should be a lot less back burdening.
So I think my back should be soon okay.
Unfortunetly I couldn't finish anz traings plan, which kinda sucked. :x
And I was really lazy in this time. I skipped 4 dutch lessons and I smoked way to much. shame on me, I have to be more organised...
But I finished my first footbag video and I can say that im very proud of it.
even it took a little long but I couldn't start earlier.
Its not perfect, but its my first video and therefore its really good, I think. :P
criticisms are welcome.
But you have to wait till day 12. ;)

ha, I got a lil foot stuff!
sometimes I cant resist to play barefoot, when I see all my bags laying there.

plo rpt. 4x
and some older stuff
ducking clipper rpt. 5x

I'm such a lazy ass

my back pain isn't really gone and I think my last real shred session with
anz trainings plan was at the beginning of december. So I dont have much to say about new stuff I've hit or similiar.
I was last week at the orthopedist and in 2 weeks they will x-ray my back, I hope its nothing serious. If not I try get something like acupuncture. A good friend had also a long time back pain and after 3 sessions of acupuncture it dissapeared.

Anyway I was at the 10th anniversy of FC footstar in Berlin and it was pretty nice also with my pain. Before the trip I got a massage and It helped a bit, but I cant effort every week a massage. I had my camera with me and I will start soon a new video project, so stay tuned. ;)
The gym was pretty cool, the building was a former slayhouse or something and they kept some of the walls and build it into gym.
Berlin is also a nice city but pretty dirty, on every housewall tagged stuff which looks really ugly.. for sure there are also nice grafittis in berlin but
most of them hasn't really something to do with art.
The drum and bass party was really cool, at the beginning it was pretty empty, which is pretty normal, because most of the people come after 12pm. But then it was really cool, the music was superb and there was a beamer over the stage where some footbag videos did run.
the club had 2 floors and the floor above, where you could see down to the danc floor was locked and there we could easily smoke and chill. 8)

Today I got offered 3 spliffs from 3 different friends and I refused all of them. I think I have to many potfriends..
which make it really hard to make a break.. btw I smoked my last one at thursday.
At friday 2 of my friends got a concert with there band aeronautix and I think then I have disrupt my break, I hope I dont get in my old raster that I smoke every day

its almost 12pm, I could write more but I have to stay up early and I need some sleep, so I say good night folks

ps. I didnt check this post again.. so dont blame if there are many mistakes in it :P

Had my MRT and now im waitin till my doc is back from holiday...

still played a bit at the park when the weather was good.
A friend counted 3 runs of mine, my first try was best and I got 22 contacts, tiltless for sure. :P

 stepping gets better and better, hit a few stepping clipper,
also stepped out of a whirl :!:
 legover>datw b2b
 infinity>whirl b2b
 pixie muted clipper

This year I try to go montpellier, prague and to berlin.. hope my money can handle that

If my back is 100% fixed I will restart anz trainings program to get in a good shape

Im back
I was 5 days camping on our local park festival, Its called Moers festival, named after our city but formerly it was called Internationale New Jazz Festival Moers which I prefer more. It's kinda cool because you can camp for free in the park but you dont have to buy a ticket for the festival tent(which is an old circus tent).

Image

So maybe the half of the camper are more young people and they come only for the camping action. I do both partying and the music tent because it's a good alternation to the rest and for young people til 23 its very cheap, something like 35€ (40$) for 4 days of music.
But there are not only jazz bands, but also other genres like indie rock or crazy improvisation stuff or even a hip hop band was this year there, the band is called dellek and they are on the music label of Mike Patton. So I thought it could be worth to watch this but they sucked.. the highlight of the music was definitly battles, they are a rock band something between can and mars volta, but totally on their own way.
The other bands weren't my case, and the rest of the festival I partied, got drunken, and smoked way toooo much and yea I ate a lot from the foodstands?!, sheep cheese with pita and crepe for the win. I kicked a few times with some hacky sacker from my town, not really long. I took the festival time to rest my legs. It was crazy hot, I think it was the hottest festival so far. By the way it was the 37th festival.
We had also a couch, unfortunately just for one day because the fucking security had new orders that now furniture weren't allowed, such a bullshit.
I storraged the cornercouch in my room for half a year and then the security says "no its not allowed anymore..."
anyways we took another entrance and got it to our red tartan sportsplace to make a break, a 3 hours break.
unluckily the securities saw us and told us again that we have to get the couch away... Then in the evening, the sun went down and we started our third try after a few bottles and chonics cigarettes. We walked to the couch where we took it off and walked to our tents with it. On the way we saw some securites with maglites, so we had to hide and luckily we got to our tent. It was actually really funny like a commandos action. 8)

After the torture we had a really comfortable couch at our tent. We thought about to sleep on the couch with our sleepingbags because we were afraid that our couch get stolen when we are sleeping in our tents. But we didnt, maybe at 5.30am a security woke us up and told us the third time that the couch has to get away and so we carried it the last time away.

I took a few photos with a non digital throw away cam, I will post them soon.

Haha and really by the way even Sun Ra played at the Internationale New Jazz Festival Moers , I think it was one of the first festivals here, But I think its really cool that Sun Ra were at the park played his galactic sounds where I play and chill almost every second day with my friends.

I had yesterday my 8th training session from anz trainings plan.
On every session I drilled:

ss clipper x20
op clipper x40
clipper dri force drill min. lvl 5
pickup b2b x40
illusion x15
mirage x50
legover b2b x80
infinity x20
whirl x15

actually there was also plo b2b, but I recognized that I have major lack in flipside atw, therefore is my flip pixie so struggling.

new stuff from yesterday
 pixie illusion
 diving ss mirage
 diving ss pickup
 diving ss legover

I think I will go on with this trainings plan, but I will change things in the future and switch them with other tricks and I will put in drill combos.

Way to go
57 days till german champs
87 days till worlds

dunno if I go to euros, still searching a job and my money is shrinking and shrinking.

today I was invited by a friend to try out a slackline at the park where I usually shred and from the first moment i was in love. Actually I wanted to stay an hour at the slackline that my legs had enough power for the shred but then I stayed maybe for 3 hours and I think my best record was to balance on the line for maybe 3-4 seconds.

I will keep training whenever my friend built up the line. 8)

the shred wasnt actually long and my legs were a bit abused by the line so my best run was maybe by 22 contacts, not really a progress buts its okay, my 3 add tricks are coming more and more.

this week I had more slackline session than shred session.
slackline is a cool compensation to footbag but I may not forget my footbag goal.
I think my best walk record on the lin was 11 footsteps, almost the half of the line. pretty nice, my balance are getting better and better. I will buy me a line soon and I hope I can build something for my garden.

had today a shred session in the park

only drills

ss clipper x25
opp clipper x25
illusion x15
flip atw/datw x20/x10
Pickups b2b x40
whirl x15
infintiy x40
ducking clipper x40
pdx mirage x40

after the session I went swimming with some friends at our local
swimming pool, which is directly at the park. We payed with the fencecard. I dont perceive to pay 4€ to go swimming.
It was great swim after the shred session. I played a few minutes barefoot footbag and hit whirl first time on flipside. my flipside clipper is barefoot my strong, haha.
Oh and hit ducking clipper also barefoot.

ahhh 39 till german championship in leipzig.

more than a week is gone and I didn't have one really shred session, I think I pulled my ankle or something. Every clipper hurts.. actually I planned tonight a session to try if it still hurts but I slacklined till 10 o clock and then I started to a lil birthday party right next to the slackline 20meter away. ^^

I managed to walk the whole line, maybe 10meters and I got better with the twirl.

btw I won 140 euro through the EM. :)

No footbag till next week, my ankle still hurts.. :(

Got a lil promotion job with 3 other friends at the train station for a youth mess, we spread flyers for the event and explain them the way to it. It's kinda funny to hang out with good friends, walk through the station and talk to almost every teenager between 12-20 yrs.
The only thing which sucked was that I couldn't really sleep today and so I was almost the whole night awake in my bed except one hour which I slept. But I came through the day without to fall to sleep, the redbull fake saved my life.

btw I won 140 euro through the EM.
Props!

I lost a bunch on Germany the other day.
I don't really want Germany to win (I just think they will). They have won plenty of championships.
Also I think it's kinda wack that my favorite player on their team (Podolski) is actually polish.
I think Modric from Croatia is an amazing player.

thx asmus

if france had won I had actually won 330 euro. :
h8 them

The picture did actually a good friend but I was with him and I conducted him. AG stand for against gravitiy
It's actually our club logo, but maybe their will be some little changes and the wallpaper isn't really done.
So you have to be a little patient. ;)

no worry I dont blame you for your disposition against germany.
I'm not a hardcore pro germany football fan, dont get me wrong.
I'm happy if germany wins but if they suck and they loose, they deserved it, period.
So I can say i like to watch good football matches and today I saw a great game today. Netherlands rocks!
Even their is a great enemyship against our neighbours in things like football, but I'm pro netherlands.
How couldn't I?
I was today shortly for a little trip in Netherlands and if all goes good I will be moving to venlo(NL) and study their Logistic
management. They got their game back, and how. Such beautiful passes and such an
accuracy. I think they will get to the finals. And if france and italy get kicked... wow, I think noone has this expected.

I think I have currently bad luck, yesterday I had a cramp after my work and I think I pulled my left muscle in the leg.
Damn both legs are injured...
