There are two types of baroque in my opinion. The downtime style, with the last dex done leggy on the inside of the knee and the uptime/peaktime style, where the first dex is done leggy outside of the knee (whirling style) and the second dex is done hippy, usually dexing the bag around the calf.

The first style looks much cooler than the second, and is usually necessary for moves with baroque as a component, however it is much more commonly "the" - probably the majority of time in my opinion. The second method is almost never "the" - which is how I choose to hit the move. Sunil and Ryan M both hit it this way. It's more like a "slow" furious muted osis.

Sucks to be you. Try to do the first one clean, so you can get the best of both worlds.

Style is everything.

I didn't say I couldn't hit the first method cleanly. I said I choose to hit it the second method because that way I'm sure it's almost always clean. If somebody ever said that they weren't going to make a video of footage of me because there were too many "blatant the moves" I would be very concerned.
