Tom it may be like what Holly said. When you are laing down for a period of time and then suddenly get up you get dizzy and disorientated because the circulation in your body is different in a relaxed state then it is in an active state.

you can try this the next time you wake up. when you wake up just get up out of bed suddenly and you'll feel dizzy and stuff. sometimes my eyes act weird like you said.

I think the holt and salty water just amplified those feelings of disoreientation.

glad to hear you're ok now. :D

Call me if you wanna get some because I think I need a pair of CB's. Ordering together would save us some funds. ;)

Those Air Max's are tight.

If y'all are such shoe fiends you should check out this website: niketalk.com or kicksology.net.

Back in high school I was addicted to basketball shoes. Those shoes are nice but VERY OLD and should be worth way less than 40 beans. Check niketalk they should have something cheeper.

niketalk= just imagine modified on crack........with only shoes.
First think about how to practice or don't bother practicing.

I had a similar weird brainfart recently. I was buzzed at the computer and I think I let my mind trail off in a trippy fashion, I went into a non drug induced psychedelic experience then kinda freaked out ( since I havent tripped in years) and wound up in a heavy sweat and feeling like I was gonna pass out.
I had the same thing after that when I had a really bad bicycle crash and was bleeding out severely. I was breathing deep and I think both incidents were hyperventilation due to me freaking out.

Too much good and bad happens every day for me to keep up with this thing. Every day feels very full even if I don't get much done. Working 8 hours each weekday sorta kills some of my motivation to do stuff when I get home.

I have been really inspired by how hard peng has been working at getting in great shape, she's also been showing me all the pertinent info to do so myself.

I have been sorta motivated, in spurts I guess. Skipping and swimming are new cardio/strength thingies I am doing more.

I hit 17 alternating toe stalls while skipping, is that the edge of human progress on that front? Am I alone in this pursuit?

At work at the end of the day me and this guy that works the dock area in the warehouse do freestyle pump truck riding. Today I managed to get my first 360 degree rotation! Here is a sick video of a guy doing a 180 skid INTO a skid (pallet), this is our challenge that we are trying to hit at work hahah.

Anyways, today has been sorta blah so I am gonna go hollow out a big pile of snow out front of my house and turn it into a fort.

That was sick. Was it his first attempt at it? Your job must be pretty cool if you work with guys that have fun and joke around..

w3elcome to the real world. :) now imagine to work shifts and you have my life! :(

swimming is great, i try to do that more often too, but, believe it or not its hard to do it for me. and i work at poolside, i could just jump in the water and swimm for 30min´s... keep doing it anyway, it good for your whole body, also you come out of the pool clean! most of the times

I had something like that Tom, but mine was less strong(?).I woke up and like panic ate and my brain didnt realise simple stuff, i kept walking in my flat
being scared trying to put myself together. It lasted for 20 mins , luckily i found a cigarete , smoked it and like it was gone.

I was trying to analyse this shit and like find the reason why and what? But umm didnt come to anything.

Props on the flips.

I cant train them atm i dont have a place where to :(

Holy hell! Tricking is so much like footbag. What the hell happened at 4:34? That was insane.

Tom, i wanna see a video of what you can do.

Hey Ben, the trick at 4:34 is a back handspring to a big backflip with a tweaked out 'grab' of sorts. He goes so fucking high eh??

So with two footbag tournaments on the horizon I have done something awesome. Something awesome on opposite day!

At gymnastics this friday I totally twisted my foot/ankle!! doh!!

Things were going great, I had taken a week off to let my lower abdominals heal. After FOUR WEEKS in a row of pulling my lower abdominals the day before gym and then being in brutal pain at the training I decided to take a week off to heal.

I hit some new stuff like flipside wallflip and I participated in the butterfly twist tutorial, which followed up nicely on the butterfly kick tutorial of two weeks prior. hahah yes, "butterfly kick" is the name of a trick I can hit in two languages, footbag and tricking! hahaha

Butterfly twists are SO awesome!!!

(By the way, I don't care AT ALL that my footblog has like.. nothing to do with footbag anymore)

Here is a butterfly twist tutorial that is funny:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=boGxUPO- ... re=related

So the night went well and then right near the end I was playing around on the toit trampoline. I went for backflip>frontflip and at the > point my right foot wasn't under me how it was supposed to be and I twisted my foot/ankle. It's mostly a foot thing and fortunately my crank isn't totally fucked. I have been hobbling around limping, I was on crutches the first day after the accident. It's still swollen and fancy colours but hopefully I will be able to do a few tricks at NYJ. At the very least I will play some net with Mirken.

Pengpeng made me awesome juggling balls! I specified how I wanted them and she made me a perfect set. In exchange I made her a set of parallettes which are basically a mini version of parallel bars.

I am SO happy she likes them! She posted cute pictures of her using them in her blog, I should so post some pictures of the juggly balls she made me.

Anyways, its time to watch The Office with my sister and her best friend. I hear they made me some weird drink. :)

way cheaper than 40? I have 3 pairs of 90s, one are the infrareds (which go for like 400 new, but I wore mine obviously lol), and then these two (first one mesh second is patent leather).

You can prob get the standard colorways cheaper but idk about getting customs cheaper. There is a niketown store by me (nyc) and I might get another pair soon (mesh, I don't like the patent leather one at all and it fits bigger).

Man, I'd LOVE to have a pair of size 6.5 red/black mesh air max's!!!

If you go to your store can you get me a pair? I am serious!

Were you doing back handspring>back tuck at cornell? Or was that someone else?

I got them online and they were a limited drop (and rather expensive). I went through a shoe phase for a little while Next time I go to niketown I can let you know what they have, although I haven't been there since it opened. Sorry for hijacking the blog with sneakerhead talk, but I love mesh 90s so much. They are just too damn comfortable and old school.

And nah, that wasnt me at cornell. I bailed out at the last minute with a dumb injury that has actually never happened to me before (ripped off my toenail) the day before the weekend. We haven't met but I'm sure I'll see you somewhere.

Dude, thank you for introducing me to tricking. You totally inspired me to sign up for the adult gym sessions at the local gymnastics studio here in Pittsburgh. I didn't think anyone else in this city was into it, but I went to my first session tonight and I met this other kid there who's into tricking too! We're gonna keep practicing every week I think. I can't wait to learn this stuff.

We'll have to bust at a jam one of these days!
