Third session completed . The second one was the best so far, since i broke
or tied all relevant personal records, and felt instant improvement, also
for stuff that isnt included in my schedule- i hit flip barfly 1.try, butter>
merkon rpt, even tapping dlo, which i havent tried in a year !

Last session was the complete opposite . I sucked ass, my clippers felt most
messed up and i wasnt smiling when i remembered Jeremy posting, that leg control is the most important thing in hack  ...
As suggested, i change the order of drill everytime, and this time i came up with a shitty version that i wont use again.
This time i couldnt break shit in the clipper departement, but my pixie was on fire ! I hit 9 or ten plos twice and also 9 contacts of dlo>plo rpt 8)

I really look forward to the next one, again, this training meth is the best thing ever !!!

EDIT : i hit gyro whirling inside stall :P fun trick

Footbag is all ups and downs.. Most ups!

Have you hit 20 infinities yet? If not, do it!

I had Gyro Whiz (Gyro Whirling inside) off my foot bs last session.
We have some sort of connection bro. :D

9 contacts of dlo>plo rpt is sick man!

You rock!

it is ! i...i...felt so dirty.., we met on the internet, and he seemed so mature and trustworthy, willing to listen and to help - all i had to do was
following his command to make him share his meth .
but then he told me to put on these short shorts, and when i was a tad bit
hesitant, he changed his tone and sounded like a hiphop producer :
if you wanna be in a stylish vid someday, you gots to be in full
control over yo lil tricks, and in order to do so, you desperatly need
some of my meth !

but i was lucky infact . he persuaded others to hit their moms 8O

4th session done . i call that one paradox session : i didnt tie or break
any records, but i made a progress in tech and posture .
my main source of annoyance changed from bops to ripwalks - i gotta work on my left side clipperform like mad, especially in terms of foot position and leaning over the bag more .
still, my bop drill was smoother than ever, and even thoug i couldnt top
my personal best, i came close to doing so 3-4 times.
another thing striking me as odd, was the fact that i completed the training
in less time than i usually do. my only explanation is that the number of
reps without drops were more even this time ; i.g. , i couldnt hit 10 plo b2b, but i hit it 5-6 times b2b many times instead .
all that could be a hint towards consolidation . which is kooler in the long run, compared to the extreme ups and downs in my range of abilities.

another source of awkwardness is the nasty connection of breathing
issues and a disposition for easily succumbing to various distractions .
i need more sleep probably .

i will have the fifth one going later today, and i dont even dare trying
to predict shit anymore .

5th session done . it was a good one, i fixed some problems and the positive
trends from last session continued : for example, i havent tied/topped my
atomsmasher record of 5 this time, but i hit 4 atoms b2b 4 times 8) .

my bops are slowly getting there too - Asmus, watch out - but the best thing
was hitting whirl>drifter 2b2 both sides at the end of the training .

i tweaked my rips a bit as well - infinities and rips are a lot easier, when one
has the ability to understand the word "delay" . at times, it seems that i almost merely kick the bag up on my left side, which makes all the rest
slow and choppy, instead of having a nice and controlled catch-delay-set
type of seperation . but i'll get there  .

i will play on sunday and do session 6.

scheisse oida :x hab des erst gestern abend gelesen...aber trotzdem props
für deine "montage" !
i missed you in paris, hopefully we can get together soon to have some magic triangle stuff going down :shred>döner>beer [rtp]

sixth session done . sweeet :D my bops are clearly better now, i think
i hit 15 infinities today, and i nailed pixie para first try ( havent tried that
in a month or two ) . osis is such a neat and handy trick - i luv it !
when i'm done with the training ( i got two more sessions to go ) i will
do a lot of tweaking in the form/foot position/posture department .
things feel like they're heading onwards and upwards again .

i cant wait for a big shred with my crew and for hitting something else
than the same 8 moves that have been my only comrades on this
strange journey that is called Anssis training meth .

pheew. 't feels good to be wrong sometimes. i shall buzz ya tomorrow :D

well, thats that for number seven - it went by so fast, i think i did all 8
drills in one hour, a definite sign of progression .
speaking of which, i was very happy about finally being able to put my
latest clipper-analysis to a succsesful test . infinities are understood now .
the next thing i should tackle is the whole breathing thing - basically the
main reason why i suck so much at consecutive ripwalks stems from
poor breathing ways. its like, i totally cramp up after the first 2 or 3,
and i gots no energy left for more...

to round things up on a light note, i hit 6 atomsmashers b2b 8)

i'm working on it dude :D today's shred was really nice for me since i
finally got to play "normally", and i wasnt alone for a change, but
supported by one of my favorite peeps to shred with .

Bea and me played for good 1,s hrs and kept work out, analysis
and fun well balanced .

I felt like i have have suddenly improved . Lots of fun stuff got stalled,
some really fly stuff got footed ( hate ?), and i had some good lines too.
It feels that bop is my favorite thing to work on at the moment .
Itried to keep the Anssi spirit alive and came up with a less rigid version
for todays session, and i drilled clippers, bops, whirl>drifter, barfly bsos
( i missed the handcatch on that one - d'oh , but hitting on the flip midstring = sealing it with run, mind you, felt great nonetheless : )
other than that, spin clip>torque off the foot, same for flip tapping dlo
and muted gyro swirl out of osis  ...

but i also managed to hit some shit actually :

run with toe blur bsos and d. legover>d.mir b2b mid string

atomsmasher>assasin>butterfly swirl but i dropped the handcatch :?

pixie symple legover with the first kick ending in a jakob W. style sidekick

reverse atomsmasher first try in lucid quality ( = lucky shot, i guess )

Bea hit paradon, thats soooo kool . i love shred.

So, i gotta little time for thorrough reflexion on my hands - i gotta free lesson right now,
my presentation went well, all tests are written .
And i'm even to tired for the big sigh - the last 6 weeks were annoyingly
intense and quite aufschlussreich, which is a better word than
revealing .
I learned that i can perform well under pressure and that i have what it takes to be a scholar at last .
But the reason for prevailing simply lies
in the ability to mobilize and use my seemingly endless amount of energy,
and not in a decent organisation of time and tasks .
That is what i will try to get down for the next and last two rounds of my
school life, so that i be ready for my hardcore uni experience .
Like that i shall get even better grades, but minus the exhaustion that
i'm subject to right now .

During this recent period of disorganized hardcore studying, i had to
sacrifice a lot of shred-time and all the little time hkat i had went strait
into Anssis Training Program .
Yesterday i reaped the more oblique fruits of that work out, which are
of deeper meaning and greater importance and longevity,
then the cheap and transient thrills of increasing ones personal best .
I finally get consistant, needless to say, at a slow rate .
The programmed sessions will be an integral part of my future efforts,
i will keep stepping, bops and whirl>drifter on the menue, but i add
dexless, shuffle and double dexes .
I also continue to improve my right foot clipper and everything far/paradox
on that side too - i like all kindsa analysis, since most problems have a causal
connection, getting right to the bottom of stuff
(in my case, its foot position in the terms of "where", not angles and
the seperation/unity of a low stall, a real delay and a proper release
of the footbag) solves a lot of issues at once.

Yesterday i played with another person again, and thats when the fun came back into the pot .
I hope i can keep it there .

i feel like talking a bit more about about my experience of Anssis program,
probably because thats all i did shredwise the last couple of weeks, and because it changed my game in a big fukken way .
Atomsmasher and BOPs : i didnt really increase my personal
best
significantly here ;am i happy nonetheless ? yes i am, because i can
get close to that pb within, like 3 tries now .
nice example for the process of a formerly higher level becoming the
fundamental basic structure of another, higher level.
6 atoms b2b, 15 infinities, 14 cons ss butt>osis>pdx mir rpt, 7 osis

Plo b2b and dlo>plo rpt : my flip pixie got better, but i'm still sceptical
towards its cleanliness, or better, the reliabillity of its cleanliness.
still, i had on-phases, and hit 11 plos and 11 contacts of dlo>plo rpt
my flip plo benefit the most from this drill - i understood the mechanics
of it in a sudden flash, and now can use flip dlo a lot more freely.

Ripwalks : hmmmm. they turned out, to my suprise, to be the tuffest

mothers to get to since a looong time. i tried to blame it entirely
on my change to lavers, but failed. it was the good ole clipper form and
sucking at flip "far" in a broad sense of the word.
it also struck me as odd, that i had a bit of devolution going on there ;
i hit 4 in the first session, 5 in the second, then only three and the rest
of the program, it felt like two from either side was a crazy feat .

whirl>drifter rpt : maby my favorite, because its a delicate matter of
direct and indirect importance, and its exciting to master ( and still
a long way !). i hit back to back 7 out of 8 sessions ; on four sessions
i hit the full drill twice -in two of those work outs, i hit the drill both sides .
once i managed 6 contacts .

despite all appreciation, i feel like a dumbass, that i've disovered the
marathon method that late . But it also showed me how much the
structure and method of learning actually matters - in contrast to
all kinds of "genetic" and mythical explanations for impressive skill
levels that go around the forum :P.
i feel optimistic about my future learnig process, i know what
i want, and, more importantly, i know what i need to fix and practice
to get there .

re-reading the bold "highlights", i dont get too carried away, bearing
in mind i play footbag since three + years .
the positive and most interesting reason for my asymmetrical progress
is my love for variety .
i work on a lot of stuff at the same time - which is fair in its own light, but
it doesnt clearly help to do long lines .
I learned, that a toe players game only benefits from having all basic clipper
(-downtime) elements -like so, i can finally breathe, and thusly
hit longer runs with more opportunities to hit creative and hard toe 2 toe links.
now i feel that i have the glue to connect all the various bits and
come out with some good shit soon .

thanks Anssi :D
