Your insane fran. Just hanging around the footblogs section (no where else) at 2am on christmas.

Played a little bit today. My clippers are getting a lot better. It may be because I wear my shoes looser and my crank is better. I'm also trying to train my flip. I'm getting tired of sucking.

What's good yal, I've been playing nearly everyday and I may not be hitting new stuff, by my bag control has gotten a lot better. My flip atw and inside is also way better.
Pete how was NYJ, can't wait for ur write up.(assuming you will do one).
Hope everyone had an ill newyears. I was at a pretty bomb party, pete I was waiting for u to come through but I assume ur flight was late.
Hope your knee is doing better. And in anticipation of u playing again I have a challenge for you.

Tap>Atom>Atomic ss Drifter>Ripwalk>Nuclear ss Pickup [rpt]
That my friend, would look sick.

Peace

yo what up. i dunno how much of a write up i'll do, but i guess i'll write some stuff.

it was actually really cool staying at my brother's apartment. i had my own small comfortable room, with a nice futon and a tv and dvd player with all the office espisodes from seasons 1-3. i watched 18 episodes in a row at one point (this feat took 6 hours, from about 6:00 pm to around 12:00) during the 2nd night i was at his apartment. there was a gas station convenience store right next to his house and a wendys that was open late. there was a pizza hut a few blocks away that we wound up getting the last day i was there.

it was also cool to meet a lot of the people i had only heard about or read posting on modified like
jeremy mirken
fletcher funk (i bought a sick bag from him)
emily k.
henry griese
zac miley
cody carter (i kicked a little with him barefoot)
the cic people like zeke, tom, reile, zach j. (that dude was mad cool), jon nagela haha dudes crazy, etc
brian and holly (very chill, i bought a bag from brian)
that dude jorden that does ill dragon stuff
scott d 8O
nick laroche
dat phan
the palatine guys were aweomse :P friggin jeff and chris. we definitely have to chill sometime again soon

and speaking of chilling again sometime soon, it was cool to hang out with the people from the east coast like
matt cross
tom mosher and peng! we had a lot of fun jump roping and jugging and stuff
dave clavens i had a lot of fun hanging out with dave at this jam and watching skaters not land tricks at the skate park. and watch him shred.
etc.

some other highlights.
i filmed dave hitting a really cool move. it was cool.
i juggled a lot with cool people (like dat). i got a lot better at juggling.
and i drilled my flipside atw in and out so when i can finally play in like 3 weeks, hopefully i'll get really good fast.
some people are really good at peeling oranges.

lowlights:
obviously the fact that i couldnt play footbag at all. i tried to play like 3 times over the span of the tournament but i really couldnt and it now my knee is more swollen than ever. watching everyone else kick and not being able to myself definitely sucked. shred is sort of the unifying bond of tournaments and it was frustrating that i could only watch. it also put me in a slightly bad mood for the whole tournament, which i think made me slightly less approachable to people. oh well.

continuing my streak, i managed to lose one bag before i got home. i guess fortunately it was mine. the brown and white with red spikes one. i always lose bags. it blows.
also my flight home got delayed for 3 and a half hours at o hare so i spent like 6 hours just hanging out there. got home finally at 4:30 am.

overall a mad good time. i'll probably go back next year. bitches.
alright. thats enough for now.

I'm glad we got to chill on the maxwell street polishes run. I pretended that I flooded the carburetor so that we could chill more.
