Sorry, it's snowed and rained every weekend. I'll do bunny stuff as soon as I can.

I kinda wanna ask this girl out who likes me, but I dunno if I really want to or if I have any balls, even though I'm like 99% sure she'll say yes. She's in like 5 of my classes so I think that would be a little weird if we were going out. I dunno.

don't do it, not in high school. its incredibly awkward and weird if she's in a ton of your classes too. and you'll have to waste all of your time on her. bleh

I really didn't want to be voted for too. Two of my best friends were able to get their seperate homeroom class to mostly vote for me. One, who's in my homeroom, even stole my ballot and then she proceeded to write my name on it... I wasn't happy when I heard I'd been nominated as I wasn't even planning on going to the dance unless the girl mentioned previously asked me, (which she hasn't yet, but soon probably?). Girl asks the guy to the Valentine's Dance in case yall didn't know.

Bam! Going to the dance with the lovely Meghan. I'm psyched.

My friend Tim and I got all dressed up and headed out to the tennis courts to find a good game of doubles. He dressed in his painfully short short-shorts and more head/ankle/wristbands than you could shake a stick out, me dressed in my bunny suit. We'd agreed I wouldn't do any talking. We get to the courts and one group is doing a lesson and there's three guys on the other end with some skill just kinda messing around and having fun.

"Hey guys," says Tim, "Mr. Bunny and I were wondering if you wanted to play doubles."

The response was immediate. "Yes!" They all looked at each other and started laughing. One asked to get a picture with me before the game, as he walked close I shoved him and Tim yelled out, "Let's just play old man, Mr. Bunny here wants your blood!" The guy was really only like 25 maybe.

Tim and I get on one end and he says we need to stretch and the two of us do a choreographed comical stretching routine for about 4-5 minutes grunting frequently.

He laughs and does a little trash talking of his own. We set up and one of the guys sits on the side and starts taking pictures.

Now before the first serve keep in mind I'm good at tennis, but with the suit on I can't move and I can't see ANYTHING, and Tim sucks at tennis.

Their first serve is a strike, I wasn't even aware he'd hit the ball. Oops.

"What the hell? Cheating already!?" Tim yells out, clearly outraged.

"You just can't handle the heat."

The "match" lasted a few games which consisted of much claims of cheating and me throwing my racket and trying to jump the net and attack the other players frequently.

"Play your game bunny! Don't let their cheating get to you!"

Tim literally had to hold me back twice. The guys were bewildered but they loved it. Eventually I got too hot and so we claimed they were cheating and we left.

I was randomly biking by about two weeks later and I saw the same guys. I walked over and said hey. I walked up to one and asked if he had played tennis with a man in a bunny suit recently. He looks at me shocked for and second and says yea. I tell him the whole story while he and his buddies laugh.

"Why'd you get the suit?"

"Cuz it's fun."

"That's awesome."

He ran off and grabbed his phone and showed me the background: me trying to attack the camera man with my racket. Haha.

Before I left they shook my hand and thanked me. What a great feeling.

7 am, last day of spring break, a monday, chumps driving off to their jobs, all a simple bunny wants to do on a day like this is sit where hundreds of stiffs will see him per minute reading the newspaper and passing the time.

I know just the place!

I have a bunny suit!

So I did it. I sat reading the newspaper for about 45 minutes that morning and managed to have the cops come after me. It turns out I was sitting across the street from a bank who called the cops reporting a suspicious character across the street who was making them uncomfortable. A cop pulled up in front of me, his sirens sounded once. The man of the law stepped slowly out of his cruiser, flipped up his clip-on aviator-esque sunglasses, looked at me, started laughing, looked back at something in his call, and looked back up at me with a look of disbelief on his face.

"Uhh.." he says uncertainly, "We got a call from the bank about a suspicious character, whatcha doing there? reading the newspaper?"

*Nods head up and down*

"Hmm, good, now not thinking of robbing any banks are ya?"

*Nods head back and forth*

"Uh.... good. Carry on." he says as he shakes his head and gets back in his cruiser.

As he drives off I finally am able to turn my head and see that 2 other cruisers had come with him? Why?

For backup I'm sure.

Stupid rain is stopping the bunny and longboarding.

Ergh!

Anyway, has a long long long session of 20 minutes. To show you the hardcore level I was busting at here's some strings I managed to hit.

alternating outside kicks- 6
alternating toe kicks- 62
alternating knee bumps- 4
146 contacts of clip x10 switch sides, clip x10, switch sides, etc.

This was completely focused on kicks, clippers and toe stalls with the absolute most detail paid to form.

Woohoo! I'm playing more and more footbag! Today was the first time in a while where I just let loose for a couple strings and I definitely still got it. I just gotta clean up my clippers and toe sets a bit and then I'm just gonna explode! I predict that in less than a month I will be back full strength and shredding like a mad man. It's nice to think that this whole ordeal is almost over. This has stopped me from shredding for almost 6 months and it stopped me from going to Funtastiks and New Years Jam and soon I'll be free from it.

Whirls. I've never drilled whirls in my entire life. Last year at GRASS Clavens asked me to try a whirl and I hit it 2nd try. I didn't really like whirls though so that was my first and only whirl pretty much. Today I decide to try whirls and they are possibly the easiest thing in footbag I've ever tried. I was immediately hitting more than 50% of them. So when I'm playing again I'll have whirls as part of my arsenal.

The dance was last night. It was awesome.

That is all.

Totally ate shit longboarding a while ago and my quad still hasn't recovered completely. GRASS is still go and everything in my life's going swimmingly. Spring break started and stuff with that girl's going awesome. I decided to spread the joy today on Easter by handing out Easter eggs. Now, I didn't have any candy, so I improvised. I put grass clippings, pebbles, mulch, newspaper coupons, etc. into the eggs hopping (I meant to say hoping but, it's bunny talk so I'm leaving it) for some funny results. Unluckily no one opened their egg in front of me so I didn't see any reactions besides absolute joy of being given an Easter egg. Here are some pictures.

She has an egg in her right hand that I just gave her.

I didn't wanna leave the drivers out so I gave some to people stopped at red lights.

Going home after a jorb well done.

After this I went and played doubles tennis in the bunny suit. Hopefully this season will bring many bunny escapades.

Those pictures and stories make your blog my favorite.
