So I suppose there is alot that has happened since I last dipped in here.
I've been on a hectic road tripping vacation of sorts. It started when Matt Cross and Pengpeng Du came to my house to stay for the night in preparation for our drive down to Chicager.
The drive was fine, Matt and I did it in shifts, though it took us way longer than expected (about 12 hours) as we accidentally had my GPS thingy (nicknamed Daniel, which was the name of the brittish guy giving the directions) set to avoid toll roads. The problem of course being that half the highways in the states are toll roads. Anycase, we got there around 1:30AM and things were still bumping at LaRazza. (zeke and riele's place)
We all stayed up past 4 AM or so and had lots of fun goofing off. I sorta half participated in a group game of scrabble but AlphaDog Fletcher Funk sorta took the reigns and did all the playing for our side which lead me to wander off ADD-like. The last I remember of the game was the opposing team having "RIPTITS", which was funny enough, and they were trying to play it on a G to make GRIPTITS. It became a joke with Peng and me where we'd grab the others' tits and say griptits, and I'd sometimes half-tug saying "RIPTITS!"
We eventually all went to sleep, with me and pengpeng on our airmattress on the ground. Which reminds me I need to ask Zeke if we left part of the plug for the mattress at his place.
The next day we headed to McCormick place where the hotel and event site are. Man, what a massive building! Chicago seems to do alot of things giant sized.
I was pretty sure heading into the event that I wouldn't be able to play any footbag since I had twisted my foot only four days prior. The problem wasn't in ankle mobility, rather it was the tendons and shit that do the pulling that just wouldn't engage and crank my foot over. I eventually decided I couldn't resist and gave playing footbag a shot. I took it real gingerly, even getting my right foot in position to do an inside kick was quite difficult. With persistence I eventually got to doing some tricks though most my strings ended when I would go to use the busted clipper and forget that it didn't work like normal. I am totally not used to having a weak side, I have alot of trouble avoiding using one side. My game has grown to where it is under the premise that I just have to pick what trick I want to hit and all that mattered was it being on a toe if it was a toe move and a clipper for a clipper move. Anyways, I was just happy to be playing again and I did my best to tough it out, though it didn't take long for the pain to be not worth the fun, sadly.
I sold some of the stuff I brought. I think Cale McCoy looked real cool in the footbag&crossbones shirt he bought. Just the right ratio of footbag and badass. Also, it's worth noting that he seems like a great kid. He's 16 but totally mature and level headed, I wish I was as cool as he is when I was 16. I fucking sucked!!
Oh, I just remembered that Tom Coast-to-Coast didn't pay for his hoody. I am sure this was an accident as he doesn't seem like the 'pretend to be nice and then rip you off' type. Ooohh, this just reminded me of Joe Kulacz. Yesterday Ben Skaggs PM-ed me asking what had happened with Joe and the video camera he was selling me, it made me kinda sad. He was such a great kid who was so keen. I think he fell in with drugs and he fake sold his video camera to help fuel that sitch. I bet he felt real bad that it was me that took the bait, we used to be good friends. I bet he disappeared from footbag thinking nobody would like him for robbing me, but I never really made a big deal about it and I'd rather he was back in our healthy sport that off fucking himself up.
So I haven't brought it up but for weeks leading up to these two events I was mentally and physically preparing for a long overdue break from weed. It's been basically five years that I've been a solid stoner, that's a fifth of my life!! I've been working hard to convince myself that this habit/addiction is a waste of my time and money and good health. Smoking weed will kill me if I don't abandon it.
It has made me need to use a puffer, I cough up black shit, I have spent thousands of dollars and wasted thousands of days. It makes me feel fucking pathetic and weak.
With the obvious knowledge that this style of living is NOT sustainable I have begun the necessary process to getting myself off this pathetic dependence.
Today is day 4 without weed. As lame as it sounds, this is the longest break I've had in over 2 years.
And you know what? NOTHING BAD HAPPENS WHEN I STOP SMOKING WEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCK, get this through your head Tom!!
And yet, I am so scared that when I return home to where weed is readily available I will just cave and return the the life I hate. To wasting days and not meeting potential. To fucking up my lungs and brain to feel a little buzz.
Ideally I would be able to moderate. I would only get high on special occasions, but I've tried this many times and it always deteriorates back to smoking every day. I've even gone long stretches without smoking, only vaporizing to get high, but I am convinced even this isn't good for my lungs. I take things to stupid extremes, even if I don't want to.
The big problem is that I love hitting the plus button. That's how I view weed, just another way for me to make whatever I am doing better. But really all that happens is I have less energy and much less drive. Yeah, that sounds like a great improvement of the situation, eh?
And if I let myself get high at all I will return to the absurd extremes of wake-and-bake every day (even when I try to fight it) and spending money I don't have on weed I don't need.
Hah, what a detour from the story!
My point is that this is something I need to be doing.
Here is my chance! Fucking run with it Tom!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAHHH!!!!!!
I want to take this opportunity and turn it into massive things. I want to become a crazy athlete. Each time I go to tricking training I am reminded that I am nowhere near strong enough to do half the shit. I get wicked jealous of the incredible things that are possible with more muscles and flexibility. And with this change surely my footbag game will get dragged to higher levels. .. finally. My game has been at this sucky plateau for a really long time. I recognize that this is largely because I've spent most of my footbag efforts on being mister coach man for my club without actually playing much. You don't get better without playing, and especially not without drilling.
Bleh, where was I with the story?
The after-shred room was lots of fun again, thanks to steve goldberg for hooking us up. I wonder if many years down the road I will play a similar role to his role today. I will definitely be as bitter as he is. Somehow I am certain that I am stuck with footbag for life. Also, I fully intend on being wicked rich and enthusiastically philanthropic.
Maybe I should stop selling footbag shit. I really don't like money, dealing with money, asking for money or putting prices on things. I guess I am making these things because I want them to exist, and then once I've put in the effort to make one it isn't much more effort to make a bunch more. But I really do hate dealing with money. That's why I want to be rich, so bills will disappear and I can afford to be as generous as I am naturally inclined towards.
I wound up playing some net on the last day, and that was super fun! I am totally going to go net crazy when I get to Berlin!!
Have I mentioned that I am not moving in February anymore? It just didn't add up with my sitch or my families sitch, so I am moving to Berlin in April. I am really scared that this will fuck things up with my arrangements with Planet Footbag. I will have to e-mail Jan. I have been having epiphanical moments of inspiration and I think I have some really revolutionary ideas for the Quantum 3. I really REALLY don't want to miss out on this incredible opportunity to help steer the direction of something I need so badly in my life. I absolutely hate every shoe available for footbag today, I must make this situation change.
Blah blah blah, eventually the event ended.
See, this is why I never post in my blog, as soon as I get started I get overwhelmed with the flood of things I feel I need to share. I barely even talked about the event or the great people that were there.
Here I will do a point form of some things that float to mind:
- holly and brian are good people to stay with, they are on similar wavelengths to me and are genuinely nice. I was glad to have them there as friends.
- the chicago players are all super solid and nice. the event was slick and basically everything was taken care of. it's super appreciated when even organizers are competent.
- Pengpeng was a really great travel companion. she is so good to me! I have no idea how I've wound up with such a great girl. it's too bad her toes were busted. Also, somehow every single possible thing that could have hurt her toes managed to do so. flying projectiles, guitar cases, me, everything!
- mayor daly's holiday sports fest is amazing for the city of chicago. every city should have something like this. totally free and encouraging participation and being active.
- I hate weed in the USA, there is this element of fear that you have to feel that isn't present with weed related things in canada. weed smokers in the states are SO SCARED of getting caught, whereas the topic doesn't really come up much for canadians.
- Ben Skaggs is a super solid shredder and a nice guy, I am glad I know him better now
- Reid Strellner is a rock
- Flash and Aidan were funny and great as ever. I love what they bring to the vibe of an event, always super welcome.
- Fletcher Funk was funnier than I ever remember from him, i like him too
- Eric Siegal can dump out a TATW like it was a DATW
- this event was my first time being a judge of circle contest, I enjoyed it. It is actually pretty hard though. In the end most of the choices were pretty obvious, I guess.
- matt cross is a really good friend of mine and I feel lucky that he still wants to be my friend. for some reason I kept pushing all his buttons and saying all the worst possible things. I don't know what was up with me, I felt sorta bad about it. I think maybe I am in his life to push him to his limits so that everyone else he meets will seem alot less annoying.
- this was my first major footbag event in a long time that I've shown up at without any bags for sale.
I guess that is probably enough about NYJ.
After NYJ we drove home, only realizing halfway that the retarded route we were on was because of the toll road avoidance.
It had us so far out of whack that we wound up cutting the drive short and staying the night at matt's place in Fredonia, NY. The next day we drove home to Oakville, where matt's car was and so was Zack Forth.
Matt had left the interior light on in his car so it needed jumping, after that him and Zack headed off. I drove Pengpeng home to her house in Markham, 45 mins in the completely opposite direction to Rochester. I dropped her off and drove back down the highway, past my house in Oakville and all the way to Rochester for YEAH07. So yes, that day I drove from NY to ON to NY again. Awesome. haha. I had had a big red bull an hour from Rochester and it only hit me once I got there, I was shaking and flying off the walls. It was a compleeeetely different event than NYJ! I was only going to be able to be there for the night so I convinced some people to shred with me. It was so cool to go from one scene of shredders to a totally different set of them. The only person each event had in common was matt cross, but he passed out pretty early at YEAH.
I had an hour and a half epic shuttlecock session with Ryan ThomASS. I was super stoked to see him, it'd been years. Also, the last time I'd seen him I accidentally stole one of his bags. I've been trying to bring it to events I thought he'd be at this whole time but the one event he did come to I totally forgot to bring it, haha. Maybe I should just mail it!
Our shuttlecocking was awesome actually, so much fun. We were all sweaty and flying through the air, so many amazing saves! I even had my best hack kick of my life. I had done some big dumb kick thing that had me wind up on the ground on my back, the cock came flying to me and I kicked up at it from the ground and it totally worked!! We kept it going and I was super stoked.
Eventually around 3 AM I called it a night as I had to be up and out the door by 8:30 AM to drive to Buffalo International Airport to meet up with my family for two more days of driving. hahahah SO MUCH DRIVING!!!!
Now I am sitting here in South Carolina in my parents rented house on Hilton Head Island. I have been here for a few days and I leave on sunday to get back to the real world.
Who actually reads all this shit I type?

i do too.
it was so great to have a super dose of you and peng to start the year off right. also, you really didn't bug me at all, your little jabs here and there were entertaining. That's pretty much how I interact with my friends here. You thought you were pushing my buttons, but I really only have two buttons that you've pushed in the past that actually bothered me (and, oh, how they bothered me) but you didn't push them at all, and haven't in a long time. I think I tried to tell you this on our trip.
good job driving, driving partner! hope to see you soon! have a nice trip in SC.

Hola Monsieur Mosher. I owe you 30 bones. The last day of the event you left early and I arrived late (after loading the van). Do you have a paypal? I don't, but I've been thinking of getting one.
Your footbag and crossbones shirt is the shaz. I have one from last year, but I shoulda got another, cuz i really like it, and one that would fit me a bit better. Also i'm happy I got a BSOS hoodie now, cuz I think it's agood idea for a shirt - me like mucho. holler!

I'm sorta blue. Perhaps it has something to do with my cold-turkey drop in dopamine levels. I hesitate to say depressed, because deep down I am probably the happiest guy ever, but on some level I am sad.
Today was fun though. My family did lots of fun family stuff like a real long walk on the beach with Bosco (the dog) and a family bike ride.
Our rented house is right on the beach and I can see the ocean out the window. This fact meant that we were able to notice some dolphins frollicking right near the shore! My mom, myself and bosco went down and checked them out, they were like, RIGHT THERE! cooool! Dolphins!
They looked so happy and like they were having so much fun, splashing and playing. I've never seen dolphins in real life, it made me want to be one just like stans dad in southpark. Oh man, all I could think about was exploding testicle knees... hahah you'd really have to see the episode I am referring to.
As I read more peoples write-ups of NYJ I realise that alot went on that I had no idea about. There's really so much going on that you can't possibly catch it all. Is it wrong to find other peoples inside jokes annoying? Whatevs.
I was really tempted to do a wall flip off the base of the local water tower today. It was perfectly slanted and with soft sand on the ground, I wussed out though.
I have a couple things in my life that I need to take control of. I think getting a strangle-hold on weed will be the first important step.
Cheer up Tom...
I am gonna give my pengpeng a call, she's really so great and she helps pick me up when I am down.
I'm so confident, I hate it when my foundation feels weak.

I read your blog. See how the last page was me spamming it with sneakers?
Take it easy on that sprained ankle and don't go doing wall flips off things just yet. You'll have plenty of opportunities once it's healed some.
Anyway, I missed you at Friday night madness tonight. You didn't miss too much since it was PACKED, thus, not so fun. You already got the whole rundown on the phone. I promise to give you the jists of what Allen told us about 540's when I see you next.
You get hugs from me to up your dopamine levels ASAP!

Yay! I look forward to Pengpeng snuggles, only a few days away!
Today in South Carolina was fun. America is actually pretty cool. It's this odd patchwork of totally different states. Also, Americans aren't as retarded as TV may indicate. Maybe they're just humans that live in America, go figure!
My family packed alot of activities into today. We started with a fun walk with Bosco on the beach, he's totally the best dog ever, we got so lucky with him.
After that we went on a family trail ride, horses are cool! My balls were kinda sore though.
Following that we went on a tour of hilton head island that focussed on the Gullah history of the area. Gullah is the name of the language and people that descended from the slaves that were brought over to the area to work on the plantations. It was actually really interesting because had I not gone on this tour I'd have not known that there is more than lalaland here. As in, real people live here and it's not just rich white people vacationing.
Also, fucking europeans ruined everything in North America. Like, does anyone remember that there used to be native people that lived here? There used to be millions of natives and now there are only a handful of fucked up gas huffing desolate native descendants crammed in shitty reserves. USA! USA! USA!!!!!!!!
Ooh! Dinner time!
Day 5 sans pot! go me!

You seem like an upbeat guy, I on the other hand have been down for awhile. My cure is riding my fixie or snowboarding. Just bike/kick/whatever whenever you feel bummed out. I would guess you know this, but just my 2 cents.mosher wrote:I'm sorta blue.

Man, dupuy, I am missing my track bike like crazy!
I have been away from home for a few weeks now, tonight I return to my bike and my home. If the roads aren't covered in snow still I am SO cracking it out.
Also, yesterday I experienced zero blues! yay!
Maybe my body is adjusting or maybe all the activities I did yesterday helped up my dopamine levels, either way I am a happy boy again!
I am sorta worried about something though... So after having changed my travel plans from moving to Berlin in Feb to moving in April I really fear messing up my chances to contribute to the Quantum3 project. I really feel like my bottomless pit of enthusiasm, my unshakable commitment to the project and genuinely good ideas will be very beneficial.
Fuck, I have been positively FLOODED with incredible design ideas for the shoe. Elegantly simple, yet revolutionary and marvelously functional. I can't wait!!!
Then again, they may just decide that April is too late to wait for me and I'll be tossed aside.
Bleh, either way I've emailed Jan updating him on my sitch, hopefully that will suffice.
The world of fixed gears is turning into the new skateboarding. I think I am fine with that if it means that I can find fixed stuff with less effort and cost soon. I need to make a sponsor me video, there are a handful of freestyle riders doing the EXACT shit I am doing and getting money and bike parts for it. Geez!
I hope no one cares I don't talk about footbag much in here. To be honest, I haven't really been playing much, especially since I injured my foot a week ago.
I was jealous that peng got to go to tricking training without me. I am out of town so it made sense, but I still was jealous she got to have fun I wanted to have. Then again, my ankle wouldn't have let me go even if I was home. It turns out that the guy running was having some special where it cost way less and so it was super packed, aka way less fun.
Pengpeng and I may go tomorrow during the monday session, which we reckon will be way less busy. I hope my ankle is ready by then.
I've had a great vacation, but I am ready to come home.
My flight leaves this afternoon from SC and I fly with my sister to Buffalo Airport where I left the car. I better get off here and go cram in all I can before I have to leave. I am gonna try to play some tennis and go sea kayaking! fun!

Terrifying true story ahead, I dodged the scariest bullet of my life today in Hilton Head Island Airport, I could have gone to jail.
Oh man, this is a hard story to dive into, I guess I will run the story from where we last left off.
As I said we'd do, I did a lot of fun activities with my family today! I started with a walk with Anne and Bosco on the beach. We have this running true joke that everything Bosco ever does is also the cutest thing he has ever done and it's been on an escalation the whole time. Anyways, today was no exception, instead of playing with a tennis ball or a stick like usual, he chose a whole tree. Adorable! It was about twelve feet tall with roots and limbs and everything and he methodically and enthusiastically and awkwardly used his front paws and teeth to snap off all the pieces. He also dragged it around along the sand, too cute!
After that I went and played an hour of tennis on a nice green clay court with my dad. His hips were sorta sore from the horseback riding yesterday so he was a bit off he said. It was fun, I tried some two handed forehands and I was surprised to find out that two handed forehanders do it without switching grip, they use the backhand grip just pulled over to the other side. Another fucking ONE SIDED thing I thought was actually both sides, though I did try the grip switch technique and it was pretty ridiculous.
Next came sea kayaking with Anne. This is the Atlantic Ocean in January, so it was pretty nippy. As in, it was painful to be in up to your shins for over 30 something seconds, hehe.
Eventually we worked up to sprinting into the cold water and diving in then shrieking and bounding back out of the water. Kayaking on the calm water (no wind today) was real nice, my mom got lots of pics and I will be able to post them soon. I went out 40 ish feet and there were dolphins around me! As in, they'd surface about ten feet away and spout and breath and scare the crap out of me! haha
We packed and ate an awesome lunch. My mom makes really awesome food, I love that she loves to cook and make good food! She manages to pack in basically all the healthy everything you need AND make it taste good, go mom!
So off to the airport we go, we were flying from the tiiiiiny one gate airport on Hilton Head Island on a short flight over to Charlotte South Carolina. From there we'd fly to Buffalo where our car should be waiting for us.
We were the only flight out of course, the plane only held about 30 people and had propellers.
My dad made the most fitting remark of the guy running the security stuff, 'BIG fish in a little pond!'. He was about 325 pounds and super keen to get back at the world for making him suck.
Before getting on the plane I checked my bag for things I shouldn't have in my bag like knives and bombs and stuff.
I gave my mom my itty bitty swiss army knife they'd given me a while back and figured that was it because I knew that I hadn't brought any weed things at all on this trip. That was one thing I was stoked on about the trip actually, an easy chance to break away from the habitual rhythm I'd gotten into. So, feeling confident I put my bag through along with a tray containing my studded belt, coins, glasses blah blah.
After I went through the metal detector fine, which my sister had failed to twice, they pulled me aside to ask me to remove a wrench I had. I pulled out my allen key set thinking it was the only tool I carried these days, for bike stuff. I usually carried a 15 mm wrench but thought I didn't have one on me, turns out I did. So that was fine and whatever, we gave the wrench to my dad. Then they asked if they could check the rest and I said yes, of course, knowing I had no drug things on me since I know all the nooks of my bag!
Well shit, it turns out that my super sweet wood 'travel pipe' that I thought I had lost MONTHS ago was lodged in a crevice in my fucking bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH FUCK!!! OH FUCK!!! Here I am in the fucking UNITED STATES OF AMERICA head on with the WAR ON DRUGS, the thing I had bitched about a few posts up!!
So then of course this is a serious deal, this alone is jail worthy. He calls over the cop guy that was working to deal with the situation. Whee!!! A RECORD!! Not ever being allowed back to the USA! Possibly ruining my chances at moving to Berlin, aka doing quantum and then going off and becoming a rockstar backflipping ninja master track bike freestyler.
The cop comes over and finds out whats up, of course I am freaking out, chest exploding, everything going crazy in my head, overload.
So the cop seemed almost like there may be a hint he'd be willing to come around and just throw the pipe out. He was saying 'It does smell like tobacco, not marijuana.' Though I am not sure if he was saying that for my sake or if he really thought that. I knew it didn't smell like tobacco since no tobacco has ever been smoked in it.
Hang on let me ramp this up some more!!! As I am flying through this crazy procession of thoughts mister mega fat security guy finds SOME FUCKING WEED IN MY BAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCKING UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!
I had absolutely no idea, I had about 0.3 grams of weed from the same day I 'lost' the pipe (I remember the day now) in a small plastic container that originally held earplugs purchased at NYJ last year to let us sleep because Bigdirtyfoot snored so bad.
So, then of course my legs half gave out and all hope was lost. This wasn't just a pipe with nothing in it, another thing the cop noted many times. Though he didn't notice that you could slide the top of the pipe and there was a chamber there. There used to often be a nugget of hash in there, or it was packed with weed for storage, hence why it was a wonderful travel pipe.
Anyways, now I was CAUGHT in the USA with a PIPE AND WEED. HOLY SHIT!!!!
Eventually calmed enough to just make solid eye contact with the cop and talked to him while the super fat guy went at tearing into every nook he could find in my bag. Admittedly there are a lot of sweet nooks in it. They pulled out my little red thingy Pengpeng gave me as a good luck charm (also at new years.. odd how many new year themes there are in this story...) and tried to tear it open, eventually they just realized it's just a cherry sized pillow and gave it to me and I squeezed it with all my heart.
So, they decided to run my ID, which happened to only be my passport because I left my leather jacket with my wallet at YEAH07. Which of course means I have no way of legally driving, buying things, identifying myself and all that.
I of course came up clean because I have been a good guy all my life, I told them that in some form at some point. I called him Sir alot and made solid eye contact and was genuinely honest and I think that helped. I think he saw my parents, my sister, me not being tooootally sketchy and this clearly not being any attempt at trafficking. When the check on my ID was clean he gave me my passport, the fatass told me I could put my bag back together and the cop told me that I should take this as my one lucky chance off the hook and that I could go.
HOLY FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
I wasn't going to jail! (he said I would have had to spend a night in jail and post bond to get out, and of course not make it to work and miss my flight and so on and so on, of course then there'd be a trial.. either in the USA or Canada, maybe they'd deport me.)
No record!!
He took down my name, phone number and my passport number and let me go!
I guess I have racked up a lot both good and bad karma and I needed to vent in one mega session perhaps! Is this what you called for Asmus?? An explosion! 'with no weed in my life' !!!!! HAH!!
Our flight to Charlotte was smooth and short. We got there in lots of time to discover our flight to buffalo was delayed alot and instead of a swift transfer we'd be waiting 2.5 hours. So we filled that time with fun!! Anne and I have SO much fun together, she makes me laugh more than any other person in the world can. She will ALWAYS win at that somehow.
She decided she wanted to learn to juggle and so we worked up from one ball to two ball, and then she went back to one ball for long periods. She was always making me laugh that she wished she could just practice the second toss since the first one goes fine.
I did lots of 4 and 3 ball, I have been juggling SO much since I got the amazing set of balls from Peng, I really need to take a picture of them, they're so pretty!
I am pretty obsessed with 4 ball shred these days, 3 ball is fun too, but four feels like shuffle somehow. Though 3 ball can feel like guiltless.
This mom and baby showed up, both with fiery red hair, the baby was crying and I got him laughing and smiling with my juggling!
One kid couldn't get enough of my tricks! He came and tried and did 2 ball and then some footbag stalls, he said he was awesome at hacky sack and was enthused to try! I remarked to myself how it's so interesting that kids can be so honest about their interest in things and don't feel like they should be embarrassed or have to hide things as much.
Several different older travelers came up to me and said nice things or gave it a shot.
I even did a little footbag, a thing I haven't done all week on my tender ankle. I really wanted to give it a chance to repair itself before thrashing on it with shred. I did do some spins and butters and plo's etc, all in my nike airmax's, my shoe of choice these days.
So, even after the flight was delayed by 2.5 hours, we got on and they couldn't get a solid signal between the plane and the ground and they didn't really explain that well. Even that much I had to sorta gleam from stuff that was crapily broadcast. Oh, btw, this was US Airways. So this took them about an hour to sort out and the plane went from normal tempish to super stifling hot until they got some air flowing by which point it was sorta cold, haha.
So finally we take off, the flight was only 1.5 hours or so, I did my best to drift off to music with my head smushed up against my hoodie balled up into a pillow of sorts. Anne and I were seats 3 A and F, both windows, haha weird.
I wish I could just say 'and then we landed and then we drove home with no delays'. Unfortunately it goes, 'and then we landed and stuff was slow and annoying in some cases'. I guess mostly just getting our car out of the parking lot, which is ridiculous because this is normally something stupid easy. First off just getting to the car in long term parking lot B meant taking a shuttle bus with our shit, not a big deal, some people gave the driver these tickets that somehow magically told him where their car is, a system we were not aware of at all! hahah
So that meant that as we were looping around the massive lot everyone else was awaiting being dropped off at their car and Anne and I had to sorta feebly ask him if we could be dropped off at A12, all the others gave codes and we remembered this as the one I'd told my parents I could see when they were rendezvousing with me originally in Buffalo. He was sorta pissed since it was where we were befoooorre,
, we didn't know the system!!! haha nobody tooold us!
Anyways, after he made it clear with his attitude, driving and tone that we sucked shit he dumped us out at A12 and we wandered and found our car, safe and sound.
Next came the most annoying thing of all (somehow), I thought several things so far had been annoying but the next one was just like 'what the fuck!'. It was only leaving the parking lot, but somehow the attendant took about 5 -10 minutes to do it, as if it was the fucking border or someshit! Just LEAVING THE PARKING LOT AND PAYING FOR YOUR TICKET!! Maybe some people can't afford it when they land and have to phone someone to get a credit card number or something. Hmm, I actually hadn't thought of that one till now. Well, maybe I did, anyways, after like 45 minutes (actually) waiting for 5 cars to leave the lot in the CASH lane (since I left my wallet in my coat in rochester, there were of course several lanes available if you had a credit card) we get up to the lady, pay our $43.25 or whatever for the 6 days we were there and off we fucked. Not to say we fucked, rather, we fucked off.
Driving home was easy. Anne did it since I left my license in my wallet in my coat.
Now I am home and I just wrote this whole story because I couldn't sleep with it pulsing and exploding in my head.
Waiting and juggling by my gate for my flight with my sister I got the first important call and got to talk to my parents. They weren't mad, they just called it careless. The next important call for me was to talk to Pengpeng and tell her everything, she gets sorta an early draft of my blog on the phone every day. The next place I go if I still need to get 'it' out is here to my blog. I guess this is what 'explodes' out of me sometimes.
I am glad I am not getting assfucked in jail tonight and I am glad I have so many great friends I trust enough to tell this stuff to.
Night modified.
Oh man, this is a hard story to dive into, I guess I will run the story from where we last left off.

Hahah who started that rumor? I'd LOVE to visit japan, however it isn't in the cards for the near future.
Maybe I will fall into some money soon and it will be a viable option.
I appreciate the offer, if I am ever in a position to take you up on it I surely will.
