yeah it all depends on your environment and mentality going into it.
i wont lie, the freakhog part made me laugh a lot![]()
I use to do allot of mushrooms. After you figure out how they work and how to control them they are so fun.
You basically have to not lose your mind and if you do you got to find it.
I figured this out when I ate about 14.0 grams throughout a night(started at 5pm ended at 4am).
At that point I was basically a frightened retard with the power to mold things with my mind and somehow loved the taste of nerds rope and mushrooms mixed together.
Good luck with your next trip.

My ankle is finally getting to the point where I can have a solo session and actually teach my body something new. I had my first solo drill session in quite some time tonight, my legs are weak, and I feel great.
As it turns out, my left ankle is really bad at being in the right position. There's kind of a "toe position" and a "clipper position" and a "dexing position that's essentially the same thing as clipper position", and my left ankle has NO idea what it's doing. Even just setting from toe, no plant, same side butterfly: My ankle was really have trouble translating from "toe" to "dex" positioning. I had to literally slow it RIGHT down, and teach my ankle what that felt like before I could do it at full speed. Bizarre.
Oh yeah, and as it turns out, my toe form on my flip is now being corrected...even my pixie set was no good. It's not like I fixed it in one session, but I'm much more aware of it than I was before, and I know how to fix the issues I'm having.
Tonight, near the end of the session, I drilled: out-atw > opp toe > rpt
Sounds silly to me even, but it was truly difficult to keep that drill going with perfect form throughout.
But many osis!

Oh, I did manage to throw one new string near the end...it was a super disciplined session, so I treated myself to about 15 minutes of barefoot:
dblswitch > dblpickup > dblswitch > rpt
I have a feeling that once I get my left toe in action *correctly*, my game is going to take flight. I'd like to hit a few more toe beasts...

Played again today...was still sore from all the clipper stuff, so I focused on just some barefoot toe stuffs. Hit a few neat things:
- 20x ducking legover
- 8x dbl pickup
- [ducking legover > dblswitch > ducking legover] > rpt > [dblswitch > ducking legover > dblswitch] > rpt
vst's are a tough call Kevin. When I start actually making money at this, I intend to own everything on my system...but for now I'm but a hobbyist...so that means plenty of it isn't quite legit.
If I had to give you one piece of advice on what to look for:
Anything made byNative Instrumentsis a really good bet, pretty much all of their products are fantastic. Even their older stuff is still really relevant and usable nowadays. For example, despite the pricetag, I am seriously considering purchasing this.

Christmas was solid for the most part.
Last year's christmas was the first our family had had for which my parents had been separated. For that reason, we had maybe...four Christmas's ? It was really ridiculous, and everyone knew it, so this year we attempted to celebrate as a single family unit again. We did the relatives-get-together thing, but when it came down to OUR family, it was just us. I mean, my parents are still friends, and everyone has gifts for everyone...so why not, right?
It was actually really, really good. Everyone was in high spirits, and Christmas turned out fantastic. Hooray!
Shred tonight, didn't hit much...though I did make some headway concerning my flip toe technique. Especially with my flip in-datw. My dexing was totally different on my flipside, but we're now working towards equilibrium. It's super frustrating, but we're making progress.
Managed to throw pixie everything with x3's, I think Byrin might put it online soon. We'll see.
Also, toe everything with x5's. 80 contacts tiltless is exhausting. I need to work my cardio.
Oh yeah, with all the chaos of December, I wasn't able to put together a video for the Christmas Calendar. Please accept my deepest apologies. I'll work towards it as soon as January hits. I'm really stoked for the new year, many things are going to be dealt with.
