No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

back to about 70 or even more. Taking this week break (forcefuly) and going on a 3 days fast (somewhat forcefully) has made footbag feel easier in some aspects and harder in others. I feel like every trick i do takes less effort now, but the break has hurt my form and my consistency a little bit so my strings arent as long as they used to be, but i think monday im going to go play at the Quarters de shred, and get my self back to 100%.

Im so close to being skinny (in my eyes) for the first time in my life. Im probably mid 160s and Im 5'10" so thats not too bad, expecially since i started out at 190lbs.

So i did this do help get the rust off...

Tri-Force drill (7th level first try, 11th level second try)
diving clipper>ducking clipper>rpt a few times
legover x 3>ss legover x 3>rpt
mirage x 3>ss mirage x 3>rpt
pickup x 3>ss pickup x 3>rpt
(illusion>ss illusion>rpt) x 2

the only "up to par: run i had the whole session:

Pheonix>Dlo>dimwalk>pdx whirl>infinity>ripwalk>whirl>osis>ducking clip x 3>Dlo> ss butter>drop on blur or stepping same legover i cant remember.

i finished the session with torque sauce and pdx drifter sauce

oh yeah and i hit pdx drifter>drifter on my flip, so now maybe soon ill be able to rpt it finally.

tonights session made me happy, but at the same time im pissed because i have new neighbors that moved in downstairs. :x

but all in all i feel like I am....

its clipper>op clipper (first level)
clipper x 2> op clipper x 2 (second level)

and so on etc etc :P

i got to the 11th level which means
22 + 20 + 18 + 16 + 14 +12 + 10 + 8 + 6 + 4 + 2 = 132 clippers :)

I do the Tri-Force drill but I stop at the 5 level and go back down.

So it's like, 10 + 16 + 12 + 8 + 4 = 50 clippers

Just to clarify a lil;
I counted the 16, 12, 8 and 4 as doing the drill from 4 down twice. Seeing as that's how I end up doing it, 1 up to 5, then after the last set of 5 start back down at 4.
