Cross Training

Post by semiconscious »

Hey all,
Recently, I've been feeling like my game has been suffering due to my lack of strength/stamina, and so I've considered getting into cross training. I bought a jump rope, which has definitely been a good call, but what have people done as far as leg/core strengthening exercises are concerned? Have you noticed improvements? I lack much self control, so if anyone wants to lend me a small workout regimen (preferably weight-free) to try out, it would be much appreciated.

Try to find a way to get access to an eliptical machine.

Amateurs practice until they can get it right.
Professionals practice until they can't get it wrong.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

Stairs can be rough on the knees, especially for someone who plays a lot of footbag.
