Hello, is this PS Whirling XBD Rake clean?

my friend hit PS Whirling XBD Rake and we can't really tell if it's clean or not. The quality of the video kinda sux and the angle is bad, so..

..what say you?

the way he attacks the dex and the path of flight of the bag look good. I would say that, unless he completely missed the dex, that is probably clean.

Impossible to tell if it's clean or not from the video.

My bet would be on "the" as the whirl dex comes forward, but then doesn't appear to go backwards, which makes it hard to see how it could have dexed the bag. Still it could be completely clean, the quality of footage makes it difficult to be able to make a very clear decision.
