Challenge Ian Pfeiffer

Post by century264 »

So I decided to start a challenge thread today because I love hitting things people tell me to, and the strings I come up with are normally pretty odd and I don't know if they help me. But anyway, if you want to see my play style, my footblog is the link in my signature.

style I play with:
I like fairy and atomic, I've hit a few of the links in rubberman, I really like dlo's lately, I am working on toe shuffle and stepping and pixie

Challenges given:
ss butter>osis>pdx mir x3 18 contacts
record for legovers 24
record for mirages 20 on either side
10 contact unique string (illusion>pickup>rpt)>(mirage>ss mirage>rpt)>(legover>ss legover>rpt)
15 contact unique string (illusion>ss illusion>rpt)>(mirage>ss mir>rpt)>(lo>ss lo>rpt)>(clipper>pu>rpt)>toe ducking clipper drop
20 contact unique string (illusion>pu>rpt)>(mirage>ss mir>rpt)>(lo>ss lo>rpt)>(clipper>pu>rpt)>(butterfly>pdx mir>rpt) and then I couldn't think of anything so I toe bailed by accident.

Some kind of BOP drill?
Not too hard 3 adds (if you already use BOPs this might be too easy)
Butterfly>Osis>Paradox Mirage rpt x3, bothsides.
What's your legover or mirage record?
Try to hit new ones...?

That's a starter. Hope somebody else comes up with some better challenges too

Guess I forgot about this thread for a while. That and Kimbe's challenge has been hard on its own. I hit it a few weeks ago and am working on working in BOPS and guiltless to my game. Anyone have any suggestions?

EDIT:
Oh yeah, and my mirage record is something like 20 on either side and about 30 contacts of mir>ssmir>rpt is pretty easy but i just get tired so I stop there, and my legover record is about 26

Thought I would update because I finally thoroughly beat Kimbe's challenge of ssbutter>osis>pdx mir. 18 contacts of it yesterday, making it three times through on both sides.

Do a run without repeating the same move on one side. no toe bails either.

First i want 10 contacts then do 15 and if your feeling good do 20

do you know 20 different moves? im sure you do, just get creative.
