I would start rockin with them.

is that how people do it at hardcore shows? or do they get a little closer and actually hit each other sometimes?

it's kind of like anti-dancing... I always kind of thought of dancing as a group activity, an opportunity to be close and do something together. the vibe of this is more like, "I want nothing to do with you, stay as far from me as possible, or you will be hurt."

I think the idea is more to just, look like you could hurt somebody, but don't have the guts to mosh. I dunno, it seems they pull it off at hardcore shows but at metal shows are singled out and picked on. Don't hardcore dance at metal shows :)

That was kickass. I liked the last clip in the second video where the woman from the theatre was like "GET THE FUCK OUT!" I want to do this sometime between now and when I die.

Yeah a bunch of people should get together some day and do this, except replace the Hardcore Dancing with Hardcore Hacky Sack!

hardcore dancing is all about hitting eachother, not make believe.
hardcore music is just a way to say what you really want to say and to be pissed off and that is why you see kids handspringing into a group of little scene kids standing in the back whacking off
