haha ben i don't think I'm ready for that yet, maybe a little, I want my basics really consistent and I only worked on stepping a little bit today (progress was made!).
1 hr and fifteen minute session today...highlights!

 worked on pixies, hit strong side pixie much more consistently, and flip pixie is coming along
 longer, cleaner tiltless runs with some bop...too many bails to toe though!
 flip illusions and reg illusions, still hard, but coming along nicely!
I feel I'm hitting them more cleanly than on some videos I've seen, which is good, but could just be my imagination!
 almost whirl..again (arrgh)
 mirage+legover combo--8 (16 contacts) a record.
 better clip sets for far/near legover/pickup/guay
 flip swirl!
 working on symple legovers, symp illusions, mirages and pickups, very hard, but I am close to hitting it
 shmoe, bs on only three tries (luucky!)
pretty much Same stuff, really enjoying myself and progressing very nicely IMO. Getting 7-10 string runs, and I am amazed at my quick progression!

@pat, thanks for the heads up on the tri-force drill..what a bitch!

I'm liking my clippers more and more, and all aspects of my game have improved! Also working on spinning/ducking. It's so hard!! ducking is coming along, but spinning is well hard. Oh well, footbag has taught me if you work at it, you'll get it eventually!

Oh and I got really pissed today. I haven't talked to my Mom since like thursday (I think) and I was getting really worried, I couldn't reach her on the line she gave me, and I started to panic, it was like she dissapeared! So i call the hospital (the entity itself, not just her room #) and i ask to talk to her, but I "need a code"!
"What code?" I asked
"Well you need one to reach a patient, I can't even tell you if she's here right now" I told her that was very unfair as no-one told me.
Honestly though, what the fuck!? I'm her son, and no-one told me a code. who is supposed to tell me? "the patient was". Maybe you shouldn't leave that up to a woman who wasn't in her right mind when she was admitted.

It's a useful security measure, but could it be thought out a little more thoroughly ?

So i won't be able to know when she comes out of the hospital, until she comes out. wahoo.

annyyway. Back to watch the NHL all-star game.

edit:100th blog post, woo!

Well I had two sessions in the past two says, and it only took a week, but I'm injured.

FUCK!

It's sooo bloody annoying, I tweaked my groin working on the tri-force (that's not major and will prob go away in 1-2 days) but my knees now hurt as well, again, it's not game stopping ( I can still hit runs) but its sorta painful and ruins my game in many ways, and its really, really pissing me off.
so i guess i won't be playing for a while.

AAHH!

well yeah, I've only been shredding for periods of 15 ins per day cause my knees hurt somuch. I've been stretching/squatting and i don't know when/if this is gonna go away. God its annoying

Nonetheless, i love the strings I'm putting together with much more fluidity. my atomic looks cool and my pixie is coming along as well. Sometimes i hit my pixies so perfectly and then i screw up, just gotta keep drilling!

also i hit swirl mid-sting. yay.

So, It's kind of gone from bad to worse, and I'm going to stop playing for a week, or until the pain leaves. If anyone has any help or ideas i would appreciate it.

I have been stretching and doing squats, but any other advice would be nice

though this is kind of blindly pointing the blame because I've never seen you play yet but you MAY be doing something with poor form. That'd be enough to put strain on something. So taking a break and continued stretching is probably the best remedy. Cross train if you can I suppose.

sincerely,
