If this gets big enough, over at Scorehero (a Guitar Hero forum, where live streaming is huge), somebody made an automated topic that updates every 15 minutes with who is live and who isn't. Pretty neat.

I don't know if uStream can do this, but a cool website meebo.com can have up to 6 people in a video chat room. You don't have to sign up for anything if you have AIM, Google Talk, MSN, or Yahoo! messenger. It's all built in. If you don't have any of those accounts, just sign up for one and you can use meebo. So, we could have a 6 man shred circle online. Plus it does the same thing as uStream (single person broadcast).
