Andrew Grant: Winter 07

Post by Muffinman »

Hey, here's a video I filmed of Andrew from, like, October. My computer is messed, so it got glitchy when I tried to add music, but I thought it came out kind of fun with the slowmos to the natural sound.
Please let me know what you think!

Awsome shred Andrew! Ive read about some of this combos.

I liked crazy fearless drill and your toe game. Props

About editig. There where many cool shots, so It would be nice to see also version with dynamic music in the background. Thanks for posting Eric.

That was a great treat. Erik, some of your filming shots looked as though somebody was being a creeper (like the shot at 2:52). Very nice though. Andrew's game is realling going off :)

Andrew's style is sick! So solid.

I loved the camera work. Some of the best I've seen. Great shots and bag following.

Thanks, you made my class A LOT less boring. :D

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I couldn't stop laughing about the creeper shots. I could imagine some dude just hiding behind something that doesn't even cover him up all the way and filming you play, looking all like Danny Glover. Amazing.

Andrew, you got mad links. I have no criticisms to give. I really like watching you play and hope you can make it to MFJ, maybe you won't be hurt

Thanks for sharing the vid Erik.

I *really* like this video. I'm glad it didn't have music. The slow mos were dope. Andrew is good.

Nice video; mad skills. I think it would be good if you put more moderate non shuffle moves in your game; barfly, torque, blender, ducking butterfly etc. It seems like you only hit those moves out of sets, but I think they can be cool on their own.

The editing was nice, the underground feel is different to a lot of videos, although I think I've seen a few Erik Chan videos like this one? Cool style to your films anyway.

I think the star wars quote is; "Do or do not, there is no try" ;)

Really nice shred Andrew. You are developing very quickly. The editing was great too. Some of the shots made me feel like a shredofile. But maybe I just watch too much Law & Order SVU. Anyway, thanks for the great video. I am going to shred so much harder tonight than I had originally planned.

been busy and just saw this now.

wow, erik makes me look good! thanks erik! and thanks to those who commented.
@ jeremy: yes they are cool on their own, but i think they are cooler with a set infront of them  and it's not like i don't. there's a run in there with torque AND barfly, with no preceding sets . however, i do need to mix that up a bit more, if just for energy conservation. Criticisms always welcome.

@ randizz: well, for one, the last dex of the nemesis was the

i also would have enjoyed a sound track, but since i always bring the music, atleast the natural sounds are all songs i really like!

Awomse vid. I love Andrew Grant vids. You have such a wicked style... seriously, one of my favorite players to watch. Huge props

Cool camera work, Erik! Smooth editing. I dig.

Can't wait to shred with the Hackrifice crew again!! I don't know when it will be, but I hope it's soon. Did I tell you that I'm hoping to go to U of W? I'm sending in my applications this month. (I will be deffering for a year to travel Europe... but when I get back, I'll live in Winterpeg for at least 2 years). I'm crazy stoked.
