They look crooked, I think. They are bad but gonna reshoot them next time I go off roading. They are bad because I was on a gnarly adrenalin high from climbing the slick rock in the second photo in my Jeep.

thanks. It was cool in person, I was really close to it.
But I had been backpacking out in the freezing rain for over 24 hrs, and my hands were numb. By the time I got my camera wrestled out my backpack, out of the waterproof bag, and turned on, he had moved pretty far away. I was pretty stoked because I had never been so close to a coyote before. With its winter coat on, this dog looked big-medium sized to me.

I was hiking up a little trail

making my way to the top of the ridge over looking the entire area, from the ocean to the sierras. I was hoping to catch crystal clear post storm air. I was too early, the rain wouldn't stop for me until I was driving home.

coming down the trail, I saw the coyote

I think I woke it up, it seemed surprised to see me
I got this shot of it too

Best photo I have ever taken. The lake was beautiful today and had some fog so i decide to shoot some pics. i have a bunch more but this one was just amazing:

This photo reminds me of Sam Keith's The Maxx. There is a scene where the giant yellow slug is checking off names on his "to kill" list, and he finds Sarah (I think) hiding in a rowboat under a dock.

The tree one at the end is pretty sick henry. i like the colors and the shape of the tree. very "desktopbackgroundy".
