That's awesome about college. I don't know the deal about college too much, though. I understand that is the standard post-secondary education in the U.S.A.. Here we have university. I know you have university there too. What's the difference though? Here, college is for trades and, like, practical studies. I think I heard that college in the U.S.A. is a lot shorter? Like 2-3 years, whereas pre-graduate university is 3-4.
Oh yeah, anyway. So, do you know what you want to go into? In retrospect, I would have planned at least a year in advance exactly what I wanted out of my university education. As it is, my degree is just dumb, and was more or less a waste of time and money to me. I am hopefully going back this fall, although I am actually probably going to go to community college.

Anyway. I read a bit back.
That's too bad that your thing with your dad didn't work out. I guess it doesn't help as much after the fact, but if you feel REALLY passionate about it, enough that you want to scream it to everyone, then it will usually come out as words best if you are calm and intelligent, as hard as that is!! It makes you look strong and you would have made your point much better.

The longboard thing sounds fun. Is it easier than skateboarding? My crew in Toronto rides them everywhere, from what I understand. They all just got them, like, right after I moved away.

Also can't wait to watch someone's session on that broadcasting thing.

there is no differnece between a college and a university...a college is a university. i guess some have their differences but every college/university does. pre-grad is 4 years and depending on your field of study, graduate school can last 2 and upwards, i have heard of some people still working on their masters after 7 years. im going in as undecided, which is ok. its quite recomended actually because you should take your 1st year to try some general classes and figre out what you want to major in. im thinking something in sociology because its a prett easy and general major and there are a lot of opportunities.

no that i look back i probably should have stayed calm with him. it was a mistake. i know i can sound inteligent but not around him because i am his son and he is a genius with words. not that he has a large vocabulary but because he knows how to put a sentane together and make it sound impressive thats the same with me but im many years younger so i cant compete with him.

longboarding is fun. i think skateboarding and longboarding are two totally different things. i see skateboards as trick machines but longboards are for cruizing around and having a good time...it's casual skateboarding for me. i think it's easier than skateboarding too. but some stuff is harding like sliding and dancing. i cant wait until i get mine!

the broadcast thing is fun, if you can get multiple links from people and watch them all at the same time then it's really fun because it's like you have a shred session going on in your computer.

You don't have to be eloquent to make your point. I think asking simple questions, listening to what they have to say and making simple counterpoints is more effective. It works even better if they ramble, becuase it gives you more time to think and it makes you seem smarter because you have your point ready as soon as they're done.

None of this matters with parents though - they're always right in their minds. I've completely stopped arguing with my teachers. I used to get detentions every week because I argued with them when they were obviously wrong, but you end up getting a detention either way. It sucked. But yeah. That does suck about your dad.

g-units are snazzy. I cut my laces just now while I'm watching War of the Worlds starring world famous blockbuster movie actor Tom "Crazy Pants" Cruise.

if you're going to GRASS then we'll play then. Or spring break. I can't remember which comes first and I'm too lazy to go to the thread and see when it is.

weaving is a ducking movement with the head but then you stall on the same side you would diving. Zulu is a diving movement with the head but you stall on the same side you would ducking.

Nah man I'm almost positive I saw you do weaving clippers somewheres in there. But yeah. Diving osis b2b was sick. Chris Dean's warm up and one of my favorite things to do EVER in the game of footbag.

yes, it will be fast. i think i might burst in anticipation of it getting here. reminds me of when i ordered some of my first footbags. speaking of footbag:

sessioned tonight. little bit of shred and little bit of drill. more so drill than shred. i didnt want to work it too hard either becuase i had a really tough workout yesterday.
