Sick. The slow motion didn't work for me so I couldn't tell on the symp frantic dd, but it looked tight.

One of my favorites from you so far.

EDIT: Btw, what the hell did you say after you got done watching that vid? I watched it like 10 times and I can't figure it out.

The drink at the first is mostly carrot juice. Carrots, kale, parsley, beats, beat leaves, celery, collared greens.

I thought the symp frantic dd was thin but good enough to post. I can hit it better. Zac you may have to hit spacebar or pause the movie then right arrow key to slow mo. And right after I watch the David video I said, "Now I'm ready to shred." Because I always watch a shred video to pump me up before I kick. It's usually Vasek, David, or Jorden.

And I know that nemesis to symp mirage was wack. It was a total bail I forgot what I was going for.

I just finished my Penske-vid-inspired shake. Beat leaves, tomato juice, Whey protein and some red equivalent to Collard Greens. Very thick. Yumm....

Wow. That's probably my favorite vid of you to date. I think my fav was the 'gig swirl. I was thinking of that trick the other day and wondering if it was on video anywhere. Looks so cool. I was also stoked to see frantic ss egg. I haven't seen that trick since Worlds '05, and this angle was a lot better. Please keep making these vids, I really appreciate them.
