Tons of quantums atomics and shuffle drills. I have also been making alot of cool links and combos. Your just gonna have to wait and see. IT seems like I shred harder after our last session. Dare I say symposiuym shuffle?

Damn dude. Glad to hear you are finally getting flip double downs. That post has inspired me to school gyro mirage, I used to have it pretty solid.

Didn't see any eggbeaters in there, are you staying away from illusions because of the hip?

Please try to make it to Houston this year. It's going to be really great publicity for the sport.

I really want to see the double spinning, and just your shred in general. Go over to Matt Coffman's house and make a video together

WOw! Ive been playing everyday again for just like a week now and it feelsw good. I can feel the strength length and Fuckin SICKNESS coming back! HIt a fuckin CLEAn Rubberman today first try andx a gain later in socks, yes! My left spin is starting to get really reliable making it easy to bsos whale tail and mobius consistently, I can usually fit some ripwalks and uniques in there. Flip paradon is coming along nicely though its thinner than I would like it to be thought I can feel improvement. Oh yeah I worked on some dbl leg over drills and swirls and whirls and all kinds of twirls. My toby is BAD ASS!

NOt really
I never thought I would be able to do double downs flipsid, and now they are actually feeling like a realistic achievable goal. Footbag takes alot of practice.

Sometimes I feel like im all alone spending so much time playing footbag for what feels like no reason. Then I remember that there are ppl out there like luis monhollon, matt coffman, david clavens, jorden, etc. and they are all down for the cause Im not alone.

Today was my first time to hit flipside barfly verified clean, I hit many more today as well. I also hit barfly b2b which is a big accomplishment for me, as well as scorpions tail.

Had a jam today with the tulsa guys minus the monhollons. Matt is fuckin sick.
I played kinda sloppily today, but I did alright, i guess my only highligts would be
HIghlights for whatever day this is:
-ps whirl b2b
this was the first time in about a year, I could check my blog and find out.
-scorpions tail a few times
only on one side for some reason I wasnt drilling it or anything, IM not even sure if its clean, I guess the camera will tell.
-spinning ducking whirl
no biggy, but always fun

I guess thats it, I pretty much suck. Got some footage today as well.

PS Whirl b2b is pretty ill Ben. Last time I remember hearing about your shred you couldn't hit flip pdx whirl well.

wow I came to accept the fact that id be the only footbagger who could not pixie in shoes then a few days ago, BAM pixies in shoes! My first day ever to pixcie I could bsos pretty much all the basic pixie tricks +pixie whirl far and near and Well I guess thats it. I cant wait to incorporate pixie into my shuffle, this should improve my shuffle string length considerably.

Well today was my second session since I began hitting pixie in shoes and progress is good.
Highlights
Rubberman with smear as follows- blur>smear>atom>legbeater>rpt plus an extra ripwalk at the end!
Things like Blur>parkwalk>rpt consistently
Smear>pixie mir>rpt A drill Ive been dreaming of
My shoes completely gave out today so basically all my whirls and dbld downs were flipside which atually turned out pretty good.
almost hit a food!
