This vid just rocked my socks. I've always been a fan of your game, but this is probably the first fresh footage of you I've seen while I was actually actively playing myself. I dig your rhythm and form. How tall are you?

thanks, nice to know people like what they see, even if i don't.
that being said though, i had a mini revelation in the shower the other day: I am now probably the best i have ever been. It seemed like after my injury i was always working to get back to where i felt i used to be. i'd hit something that i felt pre-injury would have been executed much cleaner, much smoother, and with far fewer tries. It just kind of dawned on me that i feel like i have now surpassed my old level, and i am no longer trying to get back what i had lost but now am striving to achieve a level i have never been at before. Its a great feeling, because when you come out of a serious injury you play conservatively, trying not to reinjure your self. you lack confidence and get easily frustrated trying to do what you could back in the day with no success. It takes along time to get back the touch, and it's constantly an uphill struggle against your body and your mind. It's nice to finally be past that stage in my recovery, to be exploring new territory as opposed to trying to reclaim the old.

oh and i'm 5'8".

the shred was great, I always watch ATG shred to pump me up, his shred inspired me to shred in Climas ( I dont now but it was because of ATG that I did for about a year) oh and the sound you make at the very last of the vid made me laugh haha
Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.
