Favorite Fruit?
So I was having this banana last night, and it was really hard to describe how good it was. Good lord. Ugghhhhhhhhh.
It was completely yellow, with no bruises and the only green on it was at the tips. I peeled it perfectly (something I'm NEVER able to do) into 4 parts.
Then I ate it. It was incredibly good. Probably the best fruit I've ever had - it brought bananas up a few points on the fruit list.
What other fruits does everybody like?
I like kiwis, pears, apples, pomegranate although I've only had the juice, and lots of others.
I bet there's already a topic made for this, lol.

Oooohh! I've thought about this long and hard. First of all I like almost every fruit and there's two ways to break down your favorite fruit. When a fruit is mediocre, as most of the fruit you buy is, I enjoy bananas and pineapple the best, but when you get some real good quality fruit, my favorite is strawberries and grapes.

Fruit is a major part of my life. I once named picking the spot to take the first bite of an apple a fine art.
Apples are my favorite fruit, hands down. Green ones specifically. The most important quality of an apple to me is the crispness. If I take a bite of an apple and it's all mush, that's the saddest moment of that day. Secondly is taste, however, taste can not make up for non-crispness, but crispness can make up for bad taste.
Secondly, I think I would go with blueberries. I like to buy the boxes that are bigger than my head, and pick through for the small, hard ones. I like those because they're tart. Tartness is definitely the most important quality of a blueberry.
The strawberry comes in third. For this fruit, a combination of crisp and taste makes a good strawberry. Usually the smaller ones that have just began to ripen are the best.
3 is enough for now. I may come back later to talk about grapes.
