How long ago was this taken? If I remember the rooftop video, he had much more lean tissue on him then in this video. Either this is old or he lost a lot of muscle mass while cutting, and for one week out, he isn't near peaking at that high of body fat.

Hey all, this is a video made in April 2007. Another information is, that I would like to tell you all, I am NOT gay. (this is important). I like bodybuilding, I like to shape the body. Unfortunatelly this attracts a lot of gays...there is anything you can do about it....it just happens...

So it can happen you might find some stupid false accounts on some stupid gay websites...or whatever. I know that few exists somewhere, but dont know where. Some people sent it to me. It sucks...I dont know how to defend myself..

Well...also, quality of light and camera itself...etc..it all makes sometimes big differences. If you want to see some more stuff, you can find here:

Also, the differences betwen seeing in real and watching a video can be pretty big.

I know Ales (although I havent seen him in a while) and I want to say that he is such a nice guy, very helpful and a teacher. Also he is very masculin without being overbearing. An honor to know him and he's totally not gay. Although, I don't think anyone here thinks you are anyway. I just wanted to say he is a great person! Oh yeah I should pm him for some performances for my mashup.

I think all this gay talk is complete nonsense, don't pay any attention to that. You have a beautiful body most people don't have dedication to build. Seeing these muscles makes me wanna get my ass to the gym, too bad I have shoulder problems that don't seem to go away.

Is this a footbag video? If not it should go in the Kicking Circle. I didn't watch the whole thing because I get kinda queasy looking at over-bulging muscles. I have like a really weak stomach and random stuff grosses me out. I like body builders when they're not flexing, like in that rooftop video. When I watched the rooftop, I was like 'Ales is a beast!' For some reason it's that super flexing that just makes me nauseas.

lol, the reason I posted in Videos instead of Kicking Circle is because I thought it would be funny for people to expect shred, and then get denied. lol!

Yes, I know I killed my footbag form. It sucks! I really wish i
I could play much more. But especially my stiffed legs are not so friendly. Also once I gained some weight on my upper body, I have all tricks messed up. My ballance is pretty bad. But I still play, at least casually, more thru summer. Please dont think Im daed in footbag. I can tell Im still an active player, because I keep competing. For example Im very interested in doubles freestyle. Also I try to be active in theory.
