well its been a couple days, since last entry. i purposefully have avoided updating this blog, since sadly... there's nothing to update ='(
ive been catching up on my school work, as of late. On the positive though, i have hacked the sack a bit in gym. Last Thursday, during gym, i was playing with some kickers. Although i'm too shy and self-conscious to try and drill practice infront of a lot of people, i was nailing clippers like none other (especially on strong side and left side went very well too)! Not shabby for some circle kicking. The only tricks i was doing were ones i was sure of.. aka strong side (which is why i say strong side clippers went well, majority of the clippers tried was strong side) >.< i feel embarrassed v_v.
In other news though! i've had 2 personal workout sessions (excluding gym class' 20 min workout routine) each lasting an hour. 20 minutes on a bike, 20 minutes jogging/speed walking, and 20 minutes of power ramping (i think its similar to simulating inline skating). they're the only machines that work in the small gym that comes in our condominium complex. theres a machine similar to a bowflex, but due to a missing bolt, some exercises aren't available, and due to it not turning on, you cannot increase the resistance (curses!). SO! this is only good for pull ups, and leg raises and the like. The bad news is, im not strong enough to do lets say 15 pullups, so i figure its only effective if you're strong enough to put something like that to use. for example lifting 200 lbs will make you stronger but only if youre strong enough to rep 200 lbs.
hmm... speaking of which i've also continued to do shin ups. These work out shin muscles, and shin muscles are what (should) absorb the shock when landing (unless your heels take it, which is also bad on knees, im sure). I've been doing them routinely, 3 sets in morning and 3 sets at night. the idea of course (
yeah 'of course' >.> like anyone would know.. ho ho ho), is from the titanium ankles video (courtesy of dogen tricks) heres the link:

In other other news, im doing 50 pushups each morning and night (though missing a couple mornings here and there) and crunches for a minute or 2 (im too impatient >.< to do them longer) at night, with a morning thrown in every once in awhile.
so from that point of view things sound all jolly, but really im disappointed. i haven't had a drill section since that last one. thank god i actually decided to do that session even with the snow outside (i found the porch was dry).
Alrighteh, in other other other news soon, as i get a job, im spending the 170 left in my bank account on some quantums and another footbag. probably Fearless 55, get them in a deal from freedomfootbags (
http://www.freedomfootbags.com/shredsho ... ucts_id=92) it comes with quantums, Fearless 55, and Tricks of the Trade volume II for $118, "save $25!?!". So its practically buying quantums and the fearless and receiving a free Tricks of the Trade video. Though on the other hand, i've had my eye on these Savage Bags from Erik Savage *just realizes his last name is savage (if it really is)*. these bad boys look amazing, and forum members seem to review them well. i
would say the best part is they're only $20!!! but really the best part is they look amazing! lol

this is the one i'd be requesting for him to make
here's the link (as its my way to show appreciation and to publicize)

oh, and i'm saying this now so that ill start doing it. from this blog on ima be upping up my grammar aka i=I. you may have noticed have some sentences start with caps; others don't. well, im indecisive! alrighteh that's all.
