Glad you liked them. Kevin, I really liked Genus. The drums sounded a bit odd, but everything sort of makes sense once everything kicks in together.

James, really liked "Issued Under The Sovereign Sect", specifically the intro is phat, and later on when you bring that smooth, deep electronic piano near the middle it sounds good. The higher-sounding casio-like keyboard after it sort of distracted me from the song though.

I just made my first track in a long time. I had sold my computer as I moved across the country. Its just a fragment and its all skippy because i made it on a centrino 2.4 with 760 megs ram with a generic ASIO driver. Anyway the timing is off but nevertheless I'm proud of it.

Note it comes from a freestyle session, and the rapped was... under the influence of illicit substances.

Also, the rap is a mix of english and french.

I've wanted one sooo bad, but haven't really been able to save $300-400.

I like the new song, but the only thing I can critique about it to my personal taste is the bass. It gives it that "shit techno" feel, like, bounce bounce bounce bounce. To me personally, it gets boring after 2 seconds. Towards the end was exactly the opposite, the shit dropped and it was sweet. Maybe that was your intent. Just my opinion, keep making them.

I disagree with the bass, I thought it had a nice sound to it. Classic, to be sure, but nothing wrong with that.

MY critique would be the choice of snare... a little bit too cheesy, but hey, cheese is alright I guess.
