Cool!

I definitely liked the variety; not very many guys out there have mastered as many concepts you've demonstrated in this video!

It seems like you are fairly both sided, and I believe that drilling these combos might improve your game:

osis > osis as many as you can
pdx mirage > butterfly > rpt.
osis > butterfly > butterfly > osis > rpt.

Also, it'd be great to see you throw more spins and ducks in your runs!

Thank you! I really enjoyed watching your video!

Awesome stuff Cassy :)
I hope I get to shred with you again some day!
That was some impressive shred. You've really improved a lot since I last saw you! (Even from your last video!)

Cassy, some friends and I talked about your video the other night and we came to the conclusion that you need to work on upper body control for your style. You are REALLY good, but there is always room for improvement. You also said you were just getting used to pixies and I think you are doing pretty amazing if you are throwing double around the worlds mid run.

Omg! I'm so happy you are playing and I hope that you keep improving because we need players like you! You really look like an athlete on the video and I can't wait to see what else you put out there. Are you going to Portland for US Open this July? If you are let me know I'd love to shed with you!

Wow, so many great comments :)

I didn't realise my arms are so out of control when I shred until I watched the video myself, it is something I will make sure I am aware of from now on.

I wish I had a bigger shred spot, but unfortunately that is all I've got until the nice weather comes. I don't find it horribly restrictive though, does the job.

Theres so much good advice here! I will definitely try to use it to my advantage, and make an even better video in the near future.

Shawni: Unfortunately it is highly unlikely that I will make it to the US open, hopefully we will get to play together at some other jam in the near future though!

I think you started playing in g-units too early. You kinda just push the bag into the spot, which is almost impossible in lavers.

You don't move your support leg at all, you just kinda pivot. Sink into it, watch the bag hit your foot. Good consistency with it, it shouldn't be hard to fix it.

I would consider getting lavers, though.

for the record, she's got lavers, she just left them in rochester.

cassy, arms look better, osis looks better, continue to do all those drills you did in the video. you'll know your osis is decent and under control when you can do torque > op osis repeat.

keep 'em coming!

edit: ps: I agree that you should skool frigid osis, and maybe when you're doing regular osis, watch it hit your foot and then slowly scoop it as a drill. Also, thanks for Blurry whirl :)

I'm with Zac. Get lavers and you won't be doing some of the weird things you are now because of the unit. You will also learn how to osis right because the bag won't stick as much. Right now your osis is really just a gyro clipper with weird timing.

Another problem is that you are leaning on your heels too much when you play. You have get on the balls of your feet more.

I also think things like blurry whirl are above your skill level and you should be working on things like really good clipper form and infinity.

All the posts on this thread are pretty much super positive and thats great, you have a nice game but I just thought I'd throw out some stuff I saw.
