ok we are definitely going to have a real solid, full session next weekend.

my knee is slowly improving i guess.

T minus 23 days until i let myself try to play again...

barefoot injured session-

flip pixie muted clipper>flip rev. swirl 8O (two of my biggest weaknesses)
flip spinning clipper and butterfly :!:
swirl and rev swirl, symple swirl and symple rev. swirl BS 8O

then i put on one g unit to see how that felt and see what i could hit with it. it felt really big and clunky and akward :x

other than that things are aight.

the j-var randomly found an email in his "trash" folder from march, 07.
Hey Jason
I saw your club on footbag.org, I am interested in hacking with you and your club, I don't live in JP but I am in the area a lot. It's been a little while since I've hacked but I spent my formative years( 5 years in college) hacking quite religiously. Anyways if you are still getting together on a regular basis I'd be down with kickin' the ol' bean bag around, get myself back into hackin' shape. Let me know when you get together and I will try to make it to a hack session. Look forward to hackin' with you

granted its from last march, but ah dont giva shit. still gonna call him.

also-

THE J-VAR IS DOWN TO KICK THE BAG SATURDAY

and he bought a new footfighter. damn we have an awesome collection of bags.

that means everyone else that can should be there as well

there's the slightest chance i wont be there, however. im considering traveling to umass dartmouth to chill with my friend (yeah, francis for those of you who know him)

im going up either this weekend or next. probably this one. i'll figure it out today.

i got 6 alternating toe kicks in a row with a set of two keys on a ring.

3 weeks til my goal.

bsc chyeah.

What's good, the d bags in my band keep scheduling pracitce at the same time as sessions so either I have to talk to them or maybe we could move the main shred day to sundays. Or somthing, idk. I've been sooo busy lately shits been crazy. But I've still been playing everyday. My legovers are rly solid now, my flip is coming along and my flip atw is reliable now.

i scheduled it for 1:00 so you'd have time to make it to the mousketeers hour before we kick.

jokes aside fran actually shredded pretty hard today. good shit.

i rehurt myself within about 10 minutes. why can i not resist trying to play too hard? i was fine doing infinities, osii, and most tiltless shit but i just had to go for something harder and set myself back a few more weeks.
guh.

doug and ian were both shredding real well today. nice long strings from both of them.

i hit a real smooth styley zulu osis in pants before i hurt myself.

i'll pee on you.

a week later...

this has not been a good winter for the BSC...we should really do something about that. should we try to kick on a different day? would more people be able to come out easier on sunday? or will people start showing more regularly when it gets on towards spring? any other ideas people have for getting things kicked back into gear, please throw em out here.

i decided for myself (and already mentioned to doug) that i pretty much need to at least not go to the WHOLE weekly session, because everytime i do, im tempted to play, and everytime i play i re-injure myself so... basically i just really need to take this knee bullshit seriously because if i dont i may never be able to play hack the way i could before. so im going to be real easy on it, dont play until probably mid march, and get it checked out again before i do anything harder than a legover.

reminder: bob r. will be visiting boston in about a month, and i'll feel pathetic if no one shows up to shred with him.

whadyuh say, guys? im not one for motivation or anything, but really, sometimes you just gotta doooooo it. now do you feel motivated? good, me too.

I'm motivated and am ready for warm weather.

I'm all for moving the sessions to Sunday. Maybe before noon at like 11am that way it doesn't chop the day in half if you have other plans?

It would be like our sunday "church"

I guess that would make Pete the Priest.

This is getting off base. :?

I can be in Boston this weekend. But I won't. And I haven't been invited to your facebookish society. But I'm going to join anyway. I'm going to get a BSC tattoo on the back of my neck.

but seriously. I COULD potentially be in boston this weekend. My brother is living there for a few months working on a movie. And my parents are visiting and they'd have to pass through Albany on the way. I'll PM either Pete or Doug as to whether I actually decide to go.

I'm a fan of your shred crew. Peace.
