I thought my 6.8% was pretty good. nice work aaron! let's see the legs and the front. Which method do you use for estimating body fat? The only reason i know mine was because we did body composition analysis in my exercise physiology class the other week.
side note:i take exercise physiology with a guy who is a competitive body builder. he had 3.8% body fat. it was insane. That being said, he admitted to using a variety of substances to get that lean, so big ups to you for doing it au natural.
