Please check out the video below, which is 33 seconds of training in my garage at the Tony Jaa "roll spike." You will notice that I jump and land using the same foot, which makes this quite ballsy to try. I have been working at this Spike for about a year now, and this is the first time I've ever had a successful kick above 5.5 feet. In fact, this is the first day I've landed on my feet with a kick above waist high.

Haha. I'm cracking up right now. Ok. I read your post. I watched your video, and I was like ok. Cool. Then I read your post again and realized what you said...watched it again...tried to do it myself (only it is past midnight, so I was trying to not do it as much as possible but enough to get the feeling).
