in how many years will a 6 dex move will be hit??
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but haven't you hit like... ripped warrior symp twirl Jorden? That seems like "compensating your body" for more dexes and adds.
Perhaps you have stopped going for moves like that, but I think everyone is guilty of pushing themselves sometimes.

Ok leading on from this, I have a question.
How many people have genuinely attempted to hit a six dex? By genuinely attempted I don't mean attempted as a joke, but actually attempted with a clear goal of hitting the move, or at least seeing if it's possible?
What about a 5 dex? How many people have made serious attempts at hitting 5 dex moves?
I think part of the reason why we haven't seen one on video yet, and only 2 or 3 have been hit is because there are so few people trying them. If footbag keeps growing, and there are more and more people getting to the top level, more and more competition at the top and more and more people attempting 5 and 6 dex tricks, I think we're bound to see some go down.

yeah sure, but I can also think of examples of people hitting clean 4 dex moves. One of the most commonly thed moves is baroque and it only has 2 dexes. I definitely agree that if more people were attempting 5 and 6 dex moves we'd see a lot more thes. I also agree with Jorden, that it would be bad to push too hard or too early. I know I fucked my knee trying 5 dex moves, and stopped hitting most symposium tricks on that side for a while. But I'm not really trying to say how I think the footbag world should be, but rather I'm trying to predict how it will be. The question is "when" not "should" and although I haven't really answered that, I think it will definitely happen, regardless of if it is a good thing or not.
I think it can be related to NASCAR
So racers usually race in the high 200's but why wouldn't they race in the 300's? they would be amazing, right?
well, they dont have engines that can handle that. most of us dont have bodies that can handle 6 (or 5 for that matter) dexes, as jeremy said, he screwed up his knees. And im sure there are many more problems that could arise from attempting such moves. They would probably crash and/or their wheels would wear out WAY too fast because NASCAR tracks are designed specifically for the speeds that they race at, not hundreds of laps at 320. Although it would be epic if their cars got that fast, they would probably lose the race because they would have to take a pit stop too often to refuel and change tires. In our case, I think our bodies are only meant to do so much and i think your footbag life expectancy would be shortened significantly if one were to drill and even continually hit 5 and 6 dex moves.

just a stepping barraging uptime and barraging bfly downtime
although, for anybody, ur gonna have to need insanely fast legs
Just a stepping barraging? I think 3 uptime dexes is impossible if you obey the laws of physics.

Vasek hit a trick with 3 uptime dexes more than a year ago to my knowledge... Swirling Janiwalker. So not impossible, just very hard.
