Hello everybody.

I had an awesome session. So awesome I might have another one later today.

Highglights:
- Longish run with gyro clip bsos and toe ripwalk bsos
- Pimpy Butter > Pdx Mirage > Legover [rpt] > run
- Far Rev Whirl b2b

New tricks:
- Quantum Rev Whirl bs
- Gyro Rev Swirl
- Spinning Refraction bs
- Flip Quantum Eclipse

6 new tricks!!

Me and The Artist Formerly Know as Tommy, Anders and The Human Dynamo have been talking about making a video thursday.
I hope I can play half as well there as today.
I also want to use Sony Vegas for the first time for the editing.
It's probably pretty bad timing with all the epic videos coming out right now.

What do you guys wanna see on video from me? I'll give it a try then..

I'd like to just seem some nice guiltless runs, but also a mix of combos that are both easy and controlled and then some that are pushing your game and are more difficult for you. Midstring quantum maybe?

Good to hear from you Daryl. I will try to hit what you both want.

No footbag today even though I felt like it.

I'm gonna go out and drink a few beers tonight.
It's my footbag mate Tommy's 18th birthday today.
Happy birthday matey!!

Here is a doodle from today:

Which is your favorite Danish TV show??? I know it's ridiculous, but I've become so hooked on x-factor - though I blame it all on my sister sending me funny links!!!

Can't wait to see you at wooooorrllddssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We'll make a nice little Denmark circle and make sure we don't meet any new people!!! (it's called irony for those of you who don't know me!)

Hej Anne..
Mit ynglings danske TV show er den 11. time.
Men jeg må indrømme at også jeg er blevet ret vild med X-Factor..
Der er 1.6 million der ser det hver gang.. 8O

You better get those papers Daryl..

I am off to Athens for a little week. Trip with my class.

Have fun.

Asmus designed a footbag related tattoo for me a couple months ago and now it's on my back. And it's bloody good looking. I'll never wear a shirt again when I shred!

Hooray for Asmus the great artist!!

Hooray for Anz for getting my artwork tattooed on him.
I am super stoked and can't wait to see it.

So I am back from Athens and I will do a write-up of that with loads of photos.
But first I have some news I got when I got back that made me really happy.

Lise Thygesen invited me to go to Roskilde festival as part of the footbag team.

Roskilde Festival is one of europes 3 biggest music festivals. In 2006 110.000 people attended.
This year the biggest names so far are Radiohead, The Chemical Brothers, Slayer, Neil Young, Judas Priest and My Bloody Valentine.

As part of the footbag team I will get my ticket for free (350 dollars), cheaper food and alcohol and other advantages.
In exchange we will play footbag everyday on a stage near the Cosmopol stage (Hip Hop, R&B, Urban world music).

The footbag team will consist of 8 players and I bet it will be 4 days of crazy fun!

I'm stroked!! This will be an awesome footbag summer! Hopes for great weather!

I will let you know when I know some more (like who the rest of the team is).

Read more about Roskilde Festival at www.roskilde-festival.dk !

I haven't played footbag for a week can't wait to shred my ass of tomorrow.

WOOO!!! That sounds awesome! I saw the Chemical Brothers like 5 years ago and they were great. My boyfriend says Radiohead puts on a killer live show-- we were just talking about that last night. I was thinking of spending way too much money to see Radiohead this Aug. in San Francisco, but instead I'll let you tell me how good the show is.

Sweet Asmus!!!

Roskilde rocks! And even more crazy with someone tattooing your artwork! That must be like the biggest compliment ever!

Unfortunately I won't be part of the team, cause Roskilde is the exact same weekend as US Open in Portland... :D

Can't wait to see you at worlds though!

(Tell Verena to chose Roskilde... then go to worlds in stead. Roskilde rocks and she'll have an increadible experience... there's euros again next year )

3 replies and all of them by girls.. Thats kinda cool!

I played outside with Tommy today and we filmed for about a half hour.
So here is a little video for my blog readers.

[youtube]http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZI_vTJjf_Hw[/youtube]
I'm not really that happy with how it came out I could come with all kinda excuses/explanations but fuck that.

The bottom line is..
I gotta school my ass off before summer.
And right now I actually feel like it!!!

More cool footbag news coming soon.. 8O

Yeah, I actually ate that fish (It was grilled and quite tasty).

I did a blog post with photos of some of the street art I saw in Athens.
Check it out here.

I'm still über stoked about Roskilde! FUCK YEAH!

I schooled some today.
I gonna start to school when I play by myself and then only shred when I play with Tommy.

I've found this small independent australian record label that puts out some quality underground hiphop.
Go check it www.elefanttraks.com

thass a tiny fish.

and I didn't mind the film, though I'm sure you could've done more things that you didn't include - why you said you weren't too pleased. Might a challenge be in order?

 CHALLENGE! midstring gyro double pickup. You said it was easy, so you've probably already done this but um. . . do it on video? shrug.

Hey Asmus...

If next time I read your blog, you haven't written that you've bought your ticket to Worlds, then I won't EVER play footbag with you again!!!

What's up with it... get your finger out of your ...(the 3 letter word that comes before moose) and buy the damn ticket!! Can't wait to shred with you again!

I guess Anne will never play footbag with me again.. :?

I still haven't ordered my plane ticket..
Well, I would love to but my mom is a b*tch at times.
I still love her though.. :D

I just had a really good ol' school-your-ass-off session!
I played to the radio since my monitor have burned down. Sucks.
But actually it was okay. First I heard an interesting program about Machiavelli.
And then a program about the Austin festival south by southwest which ment alot of cool underground music.

Highlights
- Pixie Legover * 10
- Clipper > Swirl [rpt] finally! Even with start from both sides
- Dimwalk > Swirl [bs]
- Flip Symple Swirl
- DATW > Pixie Legover [rpt] Start from the other side than what I've done before

I mainly just worked Mirage, Pickup, Swirl(alot) and Reverse Whirls.
This plan of drilling when I play alone and shred when I play with Tommy will pay off bigtime.

Next session I gonna continue where I left and also include Quantum.
And then probably a session of just Clipper, Butterfly, Spinning and Ducking.

Oh yeah, if you haven't already you should check out the interview I did with Matt Cross on my new footbag blog/magazine.
You can read it here!
More cool stuff coming there soon!
