Played. Hour and 20 minutes or so.

- Ripwalk 20 times bs
- Ripwalk>Ripwalk 20 times
- Half of Blubberman bs (starting on blur)
- Quantums were TERRIBLE today. Worst they've been in a while. Which is funny because I've never hit the above highlight.
- Fairy Muted Clip>Blender>string with whirl bsos and on the other side, Pixie Muted Clip>Dyno
- Controlled blender bsos.
- 10 Fears on strong (can't do them on flip yet)
- 20 Flip Fairy ss Mirages
- 10 FLOs (on strong, can't do them on flip yet)
- A few flip legbeaters

It wasn't a very good session, despite the pretty good highlights. I worked a lot of fairy.

Thanks Aleksei.

30 mph winds, gonna go play disc golf. Racquetball tomorrow.

Footbag tonight. Footbag tomorrow night. Got a camera. Gonna be a blog vid, as a bonus for anybody who critiques my whirls. :P

It's like 65 degrees outside. Supposed to snow on Monday.

It was 70 today. God it was so beautiful. I'd never been so excited to play footbag. Well, at least this year. I played for a really long time.

Earlier today these kids were on a road trip and stopped in Kansas City, from Memphis, Tennessee. There were 4 of them. All looked pretty promising, not overly one sided. I gave a few tips and told them to e-mail me with any questions. They were fun. I hit Pixie Paradon>Blurriest for them.

They're heading to Austin, so I think I might shoot Ben Benulis their phone #. They said they probably wouldn't have time to kick, since they had other plans, but it can't hurt, right?

Anyways. After that I just sat around for a while. Then I decided to film. I played pretty well, got some good stuff. Some stuff I got when the camera wasn't rolling:

Far Swirl>Far Swirl
Pixie ss Swirl>Spinning Clip
Far Swirl>Spinning Clip midstring.
Footed a few pdx blenders bs

I have a lot of options for sick 3. I'm going to let you guys pick which one I use. Actually I think there are only 2, but whatever.

I got my sick 5, too. Kinda bleh, but it was pretty fun and easy.

Long post, sorry.

New video this week!

Good weekend. School's gonna suck. I have to write a research paper. :\

Haha, I don't think so. Maybe if I would have noticed earlier.

Yesterday was a break day. I played every day last week. Wow. I think only 3 of them included stuff for Anssi's training program, so 5 more until I e-mail him.

I might play today. I feel tired and worn out. Semi-depressed.

The footage will be out on thursday I'm thinking. Hope you guys like it. I doubt I will.

I played footbag for about an hour. I had to concentrate on being in the moment. I don't remember any highlights, but it felt really good.

I guess since I don't remember highlights, I really was in the moment. huh.

Interesting.

I just finished "Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman. Very eye-opening. Kinda like after watching a really good movie. I suggest reading it.

Thanks Aleksei.

I had weird pains today when I woke up, in my lower abs. Not muscular though? Maybe it's my bladder. It's gone now.

I may or may not play today. My arm is absolutely dead from playling darts. We played from 7 - 12 am, pretty much constantly. A lot of stress on my elbow. My leg (the forward one) took quite a beating as well, it felt like I had just finished a footbag jam.

Yay for daylight savings.

I'm going to make a disc golf video this week, probably. Depends on my english grade.

If I don't get a job before/during spring break (end of next week) somebody punch me.

I think the vid was cool. Your whirls do look different on the flip side. i feel like your are confident in your strong side so you kind of expect not to be able to do good flip sided ones. Just relax and stand up straight.

I liked the rest of the video too, you looked more skilled than last and there was more shuffle and you looked really controlled when you transitioned between shuffle and non-shuffle.

- Worked Fairy for Anz. Only one more session to go until I e-mail him again.
- Sumo
- Blender>Spinning Butter bs

I'm going to play footbag outside today. Maybe. Depends on if I can find my funk bag. I kicked it under the couch I think a couple sessions ago.
