Todexon routine
Todexon routine
I think my semi-final was better but here's my final routine from todexon. It's actually pretty sloppy. Most of the time I was trying to regain my balance or catch up with the choreography. But I was still happy with the results.

Very nice, Jim. I liked the song choice for a jam like Todexon but I think that your worlds song was a lot more professional. I enjoyed both a lot though.
Cool routine.

Yeah! This routine rocks!
Semi-final was better for me too, but this one was great too.

Props on your routine Jim. I like the choreography, although i didnt like the music. That was fresh and creative.

I thought the choreography was great. Obviously the execution could've been better because you dropped twice, but I think if you were to go dropless and add just a little bit more difficulty, you would have a good chance against Vasek. I think you're one of the best choreographers in the sport.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I dont mean to sound like a negative nancy here, but i think that if your not up to the same level that Jim is on, you really have no room to talk about his routine in a negative way, or what he couldve done better.

I strongly disagree.Zeb Jackson wrote:I dont mean to sound like a negative nancy here, but i think that if your not up to the same level that Jim is on, you really have no room to talk about his routine in a negative way, or what he couldve done better.

Are you saying someone like Steve Goldberg isn't allowed to critique Jim's routine? I've never seen him hit a 5 add move.
Routines are meant for the audience, not the player. Anyone with sufficient knowledge and experience can form a legitimate opinion to a routine, regardless of their technical ability. Specific criticisms are often universally held and to listen can only help improve a routine.

ok yeah, i can see that point, maybe i was just rustled when people who arent as good as Jim were telling him what he should have done, instead of saying what they didnt like about it (even though they did both).Jorden wrote:I strongly disagree.Zeb Jackson wrote:I dont mean to sound like a negative nancy here, but i think that if your not up to the same level that Jim is on, you really have no room to talk about his routine in a negative way, or what he couldve done better.
