I still haven't hit strongside pdx. whirl, and I actually felt something wrong with my knee while attempting it.

Props! Not many people try symple drifter, way to think outside the box. Nice pdx whirl and ps mirages. I don't know if you're looking for tips, but with that flip ps mirage, try to keep your body oriented towards where it was when the trick was started (basically, try to keep from rotating. it'll make the execution and playing out of it easier).

Keep up the good work Pips! :)

Nice pdx whirl!! 8O

just make sure that in your symposium/symple moves that you actually dex the bag rather than just turning your body and sweeping up the bag in a rake/osis. the ps mirage did look good but the symp. dada curve was a bit questionable (I think the move itself is a bit questionable, but who cares I suppose it still looks cool)

oh and I'm happy I could actually watch this one without it being super skippy!

nice job all around. later

Yeah, it was a strange move to begin with...symp. whatever. I still don't understand how you guys are calling it dada curve. I didn't dex the bag with my support leg. Or I atleast didn't mean to. And what is the difference between symposium and symple? I know symposium is not planting the setting foot...

Thanks for the tips and props so far.

i did dez the bag with your suppor leg but i dont think its on purpose. thats why its dadacurve.

symple is when you dont plant and the dexing leg stall the bag. i.e.: symple leg over

symposium is when you dont plant and the dexing leg go back to the ground. i.e.: symposium mirage

oh and if you care about it, symple doesnt get one more add and symposium does

symple leg over = 2 adds
symposium mirage = 3 adds

i hope it helped

symposium = jump+dex+ land with one foot, stall with other foot.

symposium moves : mirage, illusion, whirl, torque, twirl, dbl down, etc.

symple = jump+dex+ stall with one foot, plant with other foot.

symple moves : legover, pickup, swirl, drifter, dadacurve, blender, dyno, etc.

BUT, you need to know that SYMPLE was created just because it was not a "true" symposium and it wouldn't get an add. In fact, it is a kind of symposium with a different footwork at the end. That was 10 years ago when adds was still important, so don't bother about adds, it's the least important thing in footbag freestyle.

drifter = mirage clipper

dadacurve = mirage symposium butterfly

So that's why the move you did looked like a symple dadacurve (symple mirage butterfly)

To do a symple drifter, the bag would need to pass in front of the planting leg instead of behind.

I hope it helped and props for hitting those moves.

Thanks for taking your time to do that for me when I could have found out for myself. It helped answer all of my questions and more. No wonder I was always so confused over symposium and symple. I remember when I hit pdx. mirage without planting my foot and thought I hit ps mirage. Ah hahaha...
