A computer whiz like you could you take several screen shots of a video playing and choose a picture.

I am not a computer whiz and have no idea how to take screen shots

Press the Print Screen button to take a screenshot of the entire screen.
Press Alt-Print Screen to take a screenshot of just the highlighted (currently open) window.

Kevin's suggestion would work, but the picture quality won't be as good unless it's a really HQ video.

I have one, but it's really dark. So, it probably won't help you much.

yeah i need a somewhat "better" quality picture, so print screening doesnt work too well >.<
