short but sweet sesh today.

it was the first time that i ever smiled after each run for no reason at all. I actually enjoyed playing footbag. Not enjoyed getting better, or hitting a new trick. I enjoyed just playing. I usually never feel any emotions whatsoever about footbag because my sessions are so routine..

Screwed around with some ducking. Its getting easier to hit on my weaker side. Surprisignly my flip clipper is easier to duck from than my strong clipper.

I tried to have another sesh 2 hours after the first one, but i was a bit sore and wasn't feeling it. Tomorrow i'll try to make a long and drill-less shred sesh. Just freestyle runs and strings to get my endurance, creativity, and form better.

starting to hit a lot of ducking stuff. I really like it. Ducking is so much fun.

Osis is getting better.

Whirls are getting a wee bit closer.

Drifters need work.

Illusions i have accidently ignored. Tomorrow im going to make a list of all the tricks i can do, and make a few drills out of them with a number of repetitions so i won't neglect any tricks anymore. Now that i know more than 5 tricks, its getting hard to keep track of them

Went on a field trip today, to Medival Times in New Jersey. Its a Medival lunch/dinner and show place. They have knights and horses with the knights competing and fightig each other. You are given a caard as you enter with your table number and what knight you'll be representing. I got the Black and white knight, which was cool cuz i was with all my freinds. So anyway when the knights were fighting and stuff...me and my friends would wait until it got silent and then scream stuff like "Kick his Ass!!!!" (cheering for our knight) . Later on there was a match between the green knight and the black and white knight, and the green knight kicked the black knight in the balls and then stabbed him in the back. I was pissed. So when the green knight said something like " i am victorious.."(or something to that effect) and then it got silent and i was like, "you pussy you kicked him in the juevos!!" Now it may seem like i was being rude, but it was fun, a spur of the moment thing. I don't even know why im typing this. reading it over is no where near as funny as when it all happened. Ah well, im not going to hold the backspace key for 5 minutes so :P

When I went (five years ago) I had the Green Knight and everyone with me cheered when he kicked the other dude in the nuts.

didn't play footbag at all this weekend. I guess its how the way things worked out...not that im happy with that.

I mainly played handball with eric, charlie and matt. Yes Eric, broken leg and all. He'd just hop on one foot and hit the ball like everyone else. He was just as good except for the fact that he'd burn out after like 5-6 hits, so he'd miss the ball out of exhaustion.

I plan on shredding right now before i go and do my homework and sleep, i just have a headache from being dehydrated. So im drinking water as i type this trying to re-hydrate..

messed up my back, don't know exactly whats wrong. I think i might have pulled something when i decided to walk home from school with my backpack rather than wait 20 mins for the bus.. I guess i should have waited.

Since i didn't want to further aggravate it tried shredding, it hurt but it was doable. Tomorrow i will definetly shred no matter what pain.

Yesterday.

Got lots of ducking down. I can bs ducknig clippers pretty consistantly now. But i just need to do a few warm up ones till i get into the mode of it. Tried so hard for BSOS ducking clips but i just couldn't do it, and i didnt want to hit them as anything but b2b so yeah.. :x

Ducking is a really fun component. Its kinda cool how its possible to duck every move i know.

Today.

Basic drills, had to stop short cuz my stomach didn't feel right. Its funny how i must be absoultety perfect to shred. Any uncomfor throws me off so much.

Legs were on fire as well as yesterday. Around my shins, wasn't so much pain but like lactic acid building up. It would stop after i cooled down after a string, and then itwould pick up after another long string. Pain = hard work, or atleast i hope :P

math quiz on stuff taht makes no sense. Meh, gotta study.

Worked at a chinese food restaurant today, with my friend. It was pretty cool...washnig dishes  . The guys there were alright. SOme guys would chuck dishes into the sink, others would splash everything everywhere. Cashed in 37 bucks so thats cool. I might get an Eskimo Joe bag i've wanted for a while. I'll decide by tomorrow.

Wasn't able to shred much this weekend. hung out with Eric. his cast comes off in a week. he says he'll shred that same day it comes off, but he'll just end up hurting himself... . Hopefully he doesn't, im getting kinda lonely.

Gonna go screw around, brosing topics.. then go to sleep.

hit 11 infinities today, new record. Hit ducking clippers back to back. I hit it over the weekend once, screwing around with eric. found a cool new drill. Far legover>ss butter>near LO, it can be done with pickups as well. It feels really cool when i go for it. Osis is getting better. I've lost illusions, i guess it kinda came, then went. I never really "had" it but i hit it a few times. I gotat keep drillin them.

Buying new filler tonight. Im gonan order some steel, 10 pounds of it, and a pound of tungsten. i've never used it before. Hopefully it'll be good.

Im starting to really love ducking. I just gotta practice more ducking out of my left toe sets. Those are kinda weak. Osis is getting better.

showed my friends some footbag today. I purposely pretended like i sucked all week, and only hit the bag like 3 times every time. I hit a clipper>ducking clipper>butter>infinity>osis then dropped. But as soon as i did the duck they were all like "woah!" and i smiled. I was so happy i hit it the first try. Then i pulled a smear.

its like 90 degrees out. Gonna go play outside

fast paced late night sesh tonight. Never really stopped moving. my calves/shins were on fire, but it felt good. drilled a lot of far/near stuff. Clipper ducknig was a bit off, couldn't clear the duck most of the times, sets where a tad too low. I sadly forgot all about drillnig drifters, whirls, stepping, and illusions. I added them to my trick list that i check for every sesh i have so hopefully forgetting about them won't be a problem anymore.

-hit BSOS driftter again. I can't get the sets out of the drifters to be straight so i can't hit them back to back yet. Maybe tomorrow.
-Butterfly>osis>butterfly(same side as the first butter)>osis(same side as the first osis) rpt amap I really liked this drill. Hit it bsos a lot.
-hit Near/far LO and Near/Far Pickups all bsos. Forgot the order though. This was a cool thing, never did this before.
-tried so hard to hit ducking clippers b2b2b. i could only do it twice back to back, everytime the thrid one would be ducked perfectly and then it would be an inch out of reach. So frustrating. :x

Finally ordered my steel shot. I got size 6, one size bigger than eric's, for variety. I hope it will be good. I might get g-units soon. Gonna have to look for a black pair for a while, i really want a black pair. Otherwise i can settle for green.

Such a good sesh today. Hit so much cool stuff.

 Clipper>ducking ss clipper (brand new, wasn't too hard to get the hang of it. ) BSOS, and B2B!!!
 Near Mirage> SS mirage>Near Mirage> SS mirage RPT. (new drill, its pretty fun, a bit of momentum change here)
 PDX Mirage>Far Pickup>PDX Mirage> Far pickup RPT(fun way to drill PDX Mirages, which i've been neglecting to drill...but that wasn't detrimental to its status, meaning i can hit it very consistantly.)

and.....DRIFTER B2B! 8O !! So happy. :D

I kept my shirt on the entire sesh, which is something i preactically never do. I guess i kinda wanted to see all the sweat accumulate on my shirt. I guess it worked, turned out to be such a great sesh, and there is sweat all over my shirt. :P

Big spanish test tomorrow. My spanish teacher sucks at teaching. Her voice hurts my ears when she pronounces words in her obnoxious accent, She doesn't understand that when the whole class gets 80's and lower there is something wrong, and she thinks im stupid because i never say anything. All honors student, going into an AP class next year, 10th grade(not to be snotty or anything.. )And she called me a liar because i misheard what she said one time. Gotta go study, maybe i can get something done about my falling spanish grade.

EDIT: Forgot about Osis. They were really turned on today. I hit them so easily and consistantly. Really good day for osii improvement.

i bashed my bmx bike pedal into my shin and it really hurts, won't be able to shred until monday or maybe later tonight. it hurts just to walk. A dull pedal, no sharp edges at all, smashes into my shin after i slipped on the landing of a bunny hop over a curb and cut my shin in 3 places. Its pretty bruised up, and my shin splint pain just adds fuel to the fire.

I guess i'll just stitch today.

there was a forest fire out in the park near my house, so me and my friends went to go check it out. As we did the 20 feet tall flames were being fueled by the winds that would blow ash and dust out towards our way. During one of the times it blew dirt and crap in the air i got something in my eye. Im typing this, 6 hours later with that same thing still stuck in my eye. If i can't get the feeling away when i wake up tomorrow morning, im going to the eye doctor, which really sucks because my friends and i have planneed out a 30 mile bike ride for over a week. I guess i will just have to go to the doc if the pain is still present in the morning. Sucks so much. This whole weekend sucked.

Oh, btw saturday i hit a DATW just screwing around. So i got some shred/kicking in. My little brother is starting to hack now. I made a deal with him that when he gets 20 consecutive kicks in i'll buy him lavers, this way he will build a base, and i know that he will atleast use the shoes rather than decide its dumb after buying the shoes. He's pretty good, 8 kicks is his record. He is almost even on both sides. His major problem is that he puts too much force into his kicks and loses his balance. Trying to get that fixed by kicking with him and showing him how hard/high i bring my foot into the bag.

25+ miles of biking today. we had a caravan of 3 speed bikes and 3 mountain bikes. We all crashed into each other at one point or another, i got some cuts on my hands from colliding into Eric's handle bars, going about 14 MPH or so.

Going to the eye doctor tomorrow morning. If i didn't have weird feelings in my eye when i tilt my head downward i'd still be shredding. But since the injury is on my eye, and i would rather hold off for 2-3 days im not gonna agrivate it. Today it was fine, i just had to dump water on it every 5-6mins. It was feeling really dry.

problem with my eye was that there was a thorn stuck in my eyelid. Everytime i blinked it would scrap my eye. Doc got it out easy.

Tomorrow i am gonna get my shred game back into gear. I wanna get back tos hredding so bad. I can see fine now so no more excuses.
