The sweet D-spot is revealed!
Another tip is to use your twisted back to your advantage and use that to help you swing the leg over the bag without moving your shoulders (hopefully this makes sense). I found that moving your shoulders while doing dragons makes them less reliable and to let your hips do most of the work. Also try to get dragon as close to the support leg as possible, like in regular stepping, so you can get a straighter and more reliable step.

Nice instructional video Matt. I would have replied earlier but I got stuck on all the related videos. Nice work on those as well.
Peace.

I brought that up when I found that dragon spot. I wanted to get some opinions from some people who do dragons. Jon S responded, and said it was definitely a dragon in his opinion, and I'm inclined to lean that way as well.
a clipper is still a clipper if it's closer to the heel, closer to the toe, right in the middle, closer to the top of the foot, or just on the sole.
So, that's how I see it, personally. Feel free to look at it any way you want.
