Edit: Flip Pheonix>Flip Blur....my flip stepping is finally clicking....I think I wasn't jabbing my knee at the right angle before, because now it moves upwards atr a 45 degree angle instead of a much flatter trejectory, and the bag is making it up much more frequently/accurately.
