Mesh G-units

Post by janis »

I just got a pair of these, had a kick with them unmodded and they felt ok. Toe area was a bit crappy though.

So what mods do people recommend for these shoes?

Cutting Toe Wall stitches is a must.
Cutting the leather-blackmesh from underneath the toe is a must.
Cutting the first inch/2.5 centimeters underneath the tongue, so, the green foam underneath is usefull.
Cutting the black-mesh from the inside clipper surface is a must.

If you need any advice for the above, PM me :)

is cutting the toe wall stitches just like lavers, if so then I should be fine with that one.

I would really appreciate some tips for removing the mesh from under the toe.

I just ordered a pair of these from zappos.com in a 13. You know what it said? It said
one pair left

edit: I just ordered a size 14 too, because I don't know the sizing. I'll either return one of them or put them for sale in the For Sale section. One pair left of those too :? :)
