Just surfed on your site to watch your new tricks, props btw and then I read this sentence.
Asmus wrote:Madlib is the man.
sooo true, I totally dig his stuff..
saw him once live but this was more like an improvisation with
3 dj's(madlib, j rocc and dj nuts) and 3 godlike drummers(formerly can drummer and 2 other i dont know by the name)

And now he is next month at Amsterdam and I cant be there because at the same time there jazz festival in my town which I cant miss.
this sucks

see ya at prague

Yeah Madlib is so awesome. Currently I'm listening alot to his "Shades Of Blue" Album and his collab with MFDoom which is called Madvillainy.

I played hard today. Outside in shorts and t-shirts. Over 2 hours!

Worked on my 2 bag juggling. I am definitely getting alot better.
I think I will be able to use it in my next routine. Pretty cool.

Other highlights:
  • DLO [bsos]
    Osis * 6
Osis > Far Osis [rpt] not new
Pdx Mirage > SS Osis [rpt] with start from both sides
    Quantum Legover > PLO [rpt]
    Flip DATW * 2
    Ducking Clipper * 6
    Zulu Clipper * 4 > Handcatch
Now .. homework. :x

So, as some of you hopefully remember I made a thread a while back called "How to: Piss footbaggers off".
In that thread I wrote:
Talk to people while shredding, do it loudly and talk to them in a way that makes them feel that they should react towards you.
Examples: Keep repeating challenges until they do them (far legover bsos is a good one)
I have an example of that in action. And here is the video clip:
[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zpyGW2yPbw[/youtube]The player in the video is Anne Thygesen and we are good friends. So don't worry.
And Anne is much much muuuuuuch better now!
You can read the original post here: http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=17585

When I was a little kid I used to throw candy high up in the air and catch it with my mouth.
Last year at danish champs for some reason Matte Blau started throwing candy at me.
I catched a couple of them with my mouth and he got impressed and challenged me to do a footbag combo with a mouth catch in it.
Here is the combo I came up with:

I just read this comment on YouTube about a Vasek video:

I won a beer on the local bar in 2square. So I guess it's party time tonight.

Good vibrations to all of you.

I've made a really serious post over at the General Footbag section.
Please write your opinion on the topic over there.
I am curious.

I played 2 hours outside with Tommy Aka Anders today.
I won 2square and golf. 8)
I sucked at freestyle but he played really well.
He hit butterfly bs, clipper set pickup bs, clipper set mirage and got close at a bunch of other stuff.
Good job matey!

My small highlights:
- DSO first try
- Ducking Butterfly b2b
- Reverse Swirling Toe (Other toe than in revup) first try
- Swirl > Reverse Swirl

I re-pimped my myspace it's pretty crazy. www.myspace.com/assmoose

hey asmus!
sorry for not posting here for this pretty long time. but every time i'm reading your blog, there is soo much new stuff that i'm totally overstrained with "absording" all these new news :P and mostly I don't even understand the names of the tricks that you hit - that sucks! :) but anyway i got the impression you made a lot of progress when i read what you're doing and i'm getting a little frightened! :P one more reason to play more often!!

nice and funny doodles as always!

Hey Lena.
Good to hear from you.
I really look forward to shred and hang out with you in Prague.
You rock!

I played footbag today. Outside again. Bob Marley on the speakers.
High sun and no tee. FUCKING EPIC!

Played pretty weak. Highlights:
- Reverse Swirl bsos
- Far Symp Rev Whirl b2b (finally!)
- Quantum Guay

Been too lazy today. I gotta do sooo much homework tomorrow.
Hopefully I will be able to put in a small session.

FOOTBAG!
