whats the austrian equivalent of that expression ? just curious ...

as for getting drunk, i get drunk when ever i party, and that varies
form 0-max 5 times a month . and by drunk, i mean grown up drunk,
neither alcohol poisioning nor sharing a beer and a marlboro light with 8 people !
come to worlds and see for your self

I'm not sure about the right expression but it is something like "alkoholgefährdet". here's what I mean (from here):

"Die Zahlen: Etwa 330.000 Menschen sind abhängig von der "Volksdroge Nummer 1", knapp 900.000 Österreicher konsumieren Alkohol in einem gesundheitsschädlichen Ausmaß und gelten somit als gefährdet."

Risk consumption in Finland means that if you continue on that level you are in risk of doing damage to your health. The limits sniikeri gave do not yet imply risk of addiction, but the more you drink the higher the chance of addiction ofc. And one portion or dose means a small beer, a glass of wine or a shot.

My drinking is periodic, sometimes I drink 3-5 times a week and sometimes I can go months without drinking. And because I'm Finnish, I always drink to get drunk
