Yay! I'm finally out of jail!

A few months ago I got busted in Texas when I was working for Dawson and I've spent that time in misery with a bunch of slack jawed yokels! I don't think I'm going to Texas again anytime soon.

Still doing the same thing in footbag I've been doing for awhile: Trying to get all my 3s and 4s both sides. I can finally hit flip datw in shoes

It's been a long process, but there's still a lot of flip stuff that's not as good as my strong, like symp mirage. Damn that trick. Flip ps mirage is so much easier for me. it's frustrating. It should be a trick you have down in your first year.

had a string the other day with 2x bsos torque, bsos pdx torque, bsos mobius, and sealed with ducking pdx torque. WOO!

nobody has posted here in a while, so I figure someone ought to.

Anyways, I'm about to graduate, so is Kevin if tomorrow's neuro-psychology test comes through for him. The morning after graduation, I leave to start work with the Forest Service in Idaho. May 8th might be my last day kickin' with the Missoula Footbag Alliance as a Missoula Resident. These past four years would not have been the same were it not for Kevin, Jeremiah, Evan, Ben, Ty and all of my other friends from the MFA.

I'll have to change my location to Idaho, 'cause that's where I'm moving. First, I'll be on the Payette National Forest working trail until September 27th. Then, I'll be working on Bureau of Land Management contracts outside of Mountain Home, ID for a few months before traveling my winter away.

Here's to making money, leaving behind perfectly good cities, and being homeless!

Thanks Missoula, it's been a wild ride.

I've been staying away from modified. This is the first time I've been on here for 2 weeks. I decided to stop playing footbag (and watching/thinking/talking it) until I get the proper equipment and attitude. But,

I just took my NeuroPsychology Final and ACED IT!! There were only 2 or 3 out of 50 where I wasn't 100% sure of the answer

Being a College Graduate is a surreal feeling. There was a day-long surge of happiness, and now I feel no different. I don't know why I expected things to suddenly be different, but it's not.

Riley is missed by the household. Good luck in Idaho Buddy!

I haven't been playing a whole lot of footbag but have been messing around in my bedroom a fair amount trying interesting tricks. I've come close to phasing gyro barroque a few times and also came close to ps whirl>gyro jani and gyro legbeater. I shouldn't try these things though because I still need to drill more basics.

Also, since it's the summer time, beer drinking is my primary source of water. It's killing my leg strength.

I have a girlfriend now. It's pretty crazy because I've been eyeing her for a few years and was intimidated by her brains and beauty, but after a few brave attempts, things are working out great!

My buddy Marcus gave me his beat up drum kit. I'm going to set it up today. Now there's a whole arsenal for music making (fruity loops, key board, guitar, saxophone, drum kit, and an effects pedal)

sun+friends+beer+coach+lady friend+graduation+music= a pretty rad summer so far.

Can't wait till the river settles down and floating in the sun can commence

The household is missed by Riley too. I'd give anything to go back to the way things were. That's not to say that I am not enjoying what I'm doing out here, but there's a lack of familiarity and companionship that I enjoyed in Missoula.

Work for the Payette National Forest is great. I live in a cabin sometimes. I get paid to hike and cut apart trees in the trail. My coworkers are cool, but very different from me. I too have a girlfriend that I can visit every other weekend. Working two jobs is going to be hectic, but I need the money if I'm going to pay off these student loans, travel and support myself.

Right now, I'm in Nampa, kickin' it with Jim, Daryl, Sunny, Cameron, and to a lesser extend, Dylan. He and Jim have been down with some sort of illness. I have to go back to the woods later this afternoon. My next ten day hitch is supposed to be in the backcountry, but nobody has told me yet. I'm only 140 miles from the Boise area, so I guess you could call the Treasure Valley my home for a while. I like it here, but I miss Missoula more.
