The Dragon is one of the four footbags we have here at Dragonfly that have an all metal filler. As stated in the description for the Nathan Deschamps Metal 32, this footbag is one of the best footbags you can buy right now.
bullshit! liiieeess! communism!!!!
Seriously though, just listen to Matt Cross.
Get the Mr. Sandman.
It will probably last you longer than these expensive bags too.
Definitely DON'T go with anything on that website from which you posted the last two links.
Alternatively,
Sergey Kozlov is selling amaretta bags for $15 (plus $5 shipping I think) in the For Sale forum. I haven't played with them myself, but the price is a steal. Also, apparently Louis Rinowski makes radical 4-panel bags for $3, or something (I recently saw this in another thread). So go check out his thread in the For Sale forum too.

thread moved to bags and equip -dyalander
With those bags, particularly for a beginner, neither is significantly better than the other in my opinion.

Who wears short shorts?
Dylan Govender.

I still recommend the Mr. Sandman.
I'm a big fan of Cuddle bags too, which are basically a Sandman, but more playable, but Tom mentioned that he and Peng don't make them anymore.
I wouldn't go for the Abshire for a first bag. The regulars take forever to break in, and you will find yourself frustrated with a rolly bag. Footfighters will break in faster, but I would still get a Mr. Sandman.
Here is a little diagram showing the rollyness of some random bags compared to the Mr. Sandman (or Mr. Sandbag as they're called now) -- notice that it (represented as "C") rolls the least far, which stands to reason that it stalls the best:

When you have money to spare try out some different bags. You can't go wrong with a Mr. Sandman as you first bag. Seriously.

I'd get a Louis Rinowski bag if I were you.
I've only heard good things about this bag and the price is incredibly low for a hand stitched freestyle bag.

Was there something specific you didn't like about it, or some specific problem you found you were having - because if so we might be able to give you some idea of whether or not switching to a player stitched ball bearing filled bag will help.i have played with the mr. i didnt care for it. it just wasnt being my friend
An elemental mini 32 panel freestyler *might* be a good compromise - they're slightly cheaper than some player stiched bags (depending on where you are - and what the Aussie dollar is exchanging at), they're not as soft as most of the bags mentioned above, but in my opinion they are, in some ways, better suited to someone learning the basics. The "shred" one is the softest but is slightly less durable - the "funk" one is more durable but not as soft.
Anyway, its just another option to explore.

I would also recommend you the elemental "shred" mini freestyler (the all red one) it's in my oppinion one of the softest 32pannels on the market. For me it was even too soft for some time, but now I like it!
I can also reccomend buying a bag from sergey!!! I got mine like 4 days ago, and I can hit all the tricks (I'm normally doing with my quantums) with my normal street shoes!!!!! and 15 euro is really cheap!!!

he plays really well with mr sandbags
So maybe your style needs to change. It'd be worth it to try it again and practice a lot with it. If you see anyone else this good telling you to get another bag, then it would be a good idea to listen to them. But if they aren't this good...don't listen to them
and vasek doesn't post here anyway
