Pulling out laundry for the dryer, a glove fell out of the bunch and I toe stall saved it.

6 weekends ago: Michigan.
Visited Zachary. Tres fun. Didn't I write it up? Kicked with Greg Nelson and Mike Hollis, and hung out at Ann Arbor a bunch. Ate some good pizza at cottage inn, and Zach's place is the bomb and Zach is the bomb - but the latter is already common knowledge.

5 weekends ago: party and fantasy
The week after MI this great and pretty girl came down to celebrate... ***... all weekend all over chicago ... *** ... ended up 26 stories above chicago in fantasy land.

4 weekends ago: Greece
Three weeks of family, mountains, ancient ruins, history, perfect weather, love. Pics and stories to come in real life and maybe here.

Just returned and I have laundry to do and pics to organize and letters to write.

I didn't play much for 3 weeks in greece, and not too much b4 that i don't think. Three times this week I've played chill solo sesh's in my alley. Really quiet and no one else is around. The first of these 3 was a particularly awesome sesh. The weather was perfect. Temperature was low 70's and it was sunny and it felt like spring. freestyle was really consistent and fun. I wasn't pushing this day, just having fun, and it's the most fun I had playing freestyle in a while - solo sesh especially. I usually prefer kicking with people, but there was something so awesome feeling about it - just made me want to do it all the time.

I was trying random things like gyro pincher>terrage, and i bumped it with my knee and thought to do a "gyro" knee bump set to butterfly, and as I tried this I saw/felt the motion to try a surging set!

I tried a bunch of times both sides. I did get over it like 2x but I wouldn't consider it a set. I didn't hit it, BUT my mind hit it. That's what's really important. I know how to do it and I'm pretty sure I could hit something after practicing it a for a few sessions.

It was such a prince feeling because it's a concept I didn't even think to try for a while and whoop there it is. So this was the cherry on top of the light whip cream and hot fudge sun-day.

Also I've been doing backbend practice against a wall. This is intense! You hold the pose just a little bit and your abs and hip muscles just burn and stretch. Do it for 10 seconds and u get up and breathe hard like you've been running for half a block. My goal is to easily and confidently fall into a backbend in three weeks. And this is a set up for a future goal of doing a backflip this summer.

Played with Nate dog 2x this week. Hit that cool merkon>whatev>whatev combo BSOS. Some midrun toe spinning/inspinning clippers. And I hit one side toe spinninang AND INspinning legover.

Oh and Nathan showed me this move I never thought of - symp dragonfly. We bof hit it.

Sweet BBQ again last night. Saw some old friends saw some new hot friend. On the way back from out, they had lincoln blocked off because they're shooting a movie. It's 430AM. Johnny Depp and Chrisitan Bale are there - pretty cool. See some old ass cars. Go home - find a luscious spot rght in front of the building with no meter.

New hot friend's schedule conflicts with mine - she's moving in a week, I may never see her again. Woke up today. Went shopping for luscious breakfast @ 3pm. Saw car was gone. No broken glass, Saw "street cleaning on fridays" sign, stayed calm. Got a ride to the pound, got lost - it's not on lower wacker - it's on LOWER lower wacker - pretty close to hell itself. Kinda quiet there, greenery - I'm calm. I know I have to pay $160. "It's not $300," I tell myself and I'm pretty cool about it. knowing there was a sign there - It is my fault. Takes a while, but i'm not confused - I know where my car is and I know how much I have to pay and there's not a lot of people there in line and it's not uncomfortably hot.
Get my car... there's an additional ticket on the windshield. . .

drive home in bad rush hour traffic.

They had casting calls for extras at Lane a couple months back for that movie. I think its going to be titled "Public Enemy"(found on IMDB), but one of my teachers said it will be called "Dillinger".

Yes, I heard "Public Enemy" as well. It's cool because they're shooting in the same place as it really happened - by the Biograph theater. They have set up the storefronts and signs and trolley tracks on the street. It looks all old school. Oh! I saw Matt Churney. He's an extra for the movie.
