Vasek Circles 07 - (No new footage -- VIDEO UP)

Post by RawSko »

I made a collage of all of Vasek's strings in circles comp at worlds last summer. I gave it tons of slo-mo, and edited it and put music to it... it's all the same footage from the circles vid that we've all seen, but now it's just Vasek footage. So, nothing you haven't seen... but still, I think it would be at least useful for wowing newcomers/non-players. It's (somewhat) recent tournament footage of the best of the best. It's 12 minutes long (160 MB). Some of the editing was a little over done (black pauses, some of the slow-mo, etc) and I appologize, but I hope you like it anyway.

Sorry about the wait. Hope there's not too much build-up. Thanks Janis for hosting it!

you could put it on a public tracker like mininova.org for a torrent
you could upload it to www.megaupload.com
try and stay away from rapidshare though. they are the worst to upload anything to
if you could get that file to me i could atleast try my footbag.org account or put it on megaupload

FYI the hacking thing is because you are trying to upload a video that is greater than 100megs. You could do two 80meg parts on .org?

Looking forward to this vid!

I love it. There is a bit where the blackness makes it unclear if I am watching one string or two.

I love the music at the end. Was that Édith Piaf? I shy away from profanity in publications but secretly love the Tetris intro. The circus themed track was killer, and the reinforcement of the dexterities through vox cues as well as scratching samples was slick.

The ending bit understates the sickness in a way that only Byrin Wylie's ( I believe its him) background expression seem to convey.

Hell yeah.

You did justice to something that was already pretty epic.

yeah that was Edith Piaf at the end there.

Nice editing, I liked how the music cuts in this video.
I didn't really understand why some slow-mos where at specific combos but overall a great watch!

ya, I was just trying to make it go to the music.

Thanks for the comments guys!
The last two songs were:
-Razzle Dazzle'em, sung by Richard Grere in the musical Chicago
-Padam, Padam; by Edith Piaf.

Nice video. A little too much slow mo and black outs, but any video of Vasek is good video. Thank you for making and sharing this.

holy cow indeed!

That was great. A few black outs seemed a bit too long, but overall it was awesome!
