An Australian man has been fined after buckling in a case of beer with a seat belt but leaving a 5-year-old child to sit on the car's floor.

a fine!? thats it? $710, unbelievable. that's gross negligence, not to mention the fact that the vehicle was unregistered AND uninsured! i cant believe that stronger action wasn't taken, at the very least community service.

that said, this is hilarious, i laughed my ass off before i had those thoughts.
