Buy the ticket now? :P
A tip that I found is that airlines often save their best deals for their own websites. So I dunno if you have Expedia in the U.S.A., that's kind of advertised in Canada as the place to find cheap tickets (on all airlines), but I went and compared and I got a cheaper ticket to Worlds on the specific airline's website.

800$ for a round trip.

It ain't stoppin' me. I will probably buy my ticket months in advance, so don't change the date!

Yes, we BETTER travel together because I've never flown before and I'm pretty freaked out about it, so I need some peeps that I like and trust near me.

That's right Hackrifice, I'm flying for the first time just for you.

I find about 10 drinks 30 minutes or so before getting on the plane helps.

Just don't actually say the word 'bomb' when you order a drink in an international airport unless you feel like getting tasered.

hey guys, i'm highly interested in making it out for this (even more so since this thing is a couple days before my birthday and what would be more awesome the road trippin up to canada for a footbag tourney)

anyone going to be passing through minnesota? more then happy to pay for gass and food for the trip up.

any crash space available? or anyone interested in splitting a room a couple ways?

A veritable FAT get-together :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Jack, we will have to wait and see what kind of "floor space" will be available, as we seem to have a nice out-of-town attendance building up, but ideally we would LIKE to host as many people as possible, making it more convenient for YOU.

I think I can afford this trip. I always wanted to attend Hackrifice. :)

I better see this in the stands if I in fact do make it:

Best t-shirt in the world.

edit: MORE PEOPLE SHOULD GO TO HACKRIFICE THIS YEAR. 90% sure I can make it. :D
edit2: I booked my tickets. I'll post my itinerary in my next post.

I am gonna be in Alberta that month but 2 weeks before (around the 5th). It is looking doubtful that I will make it to the tourney.

Hackrifice looks really good for me aswell.
And it sounds like I'll be driving there with a family friend.

Although if the whole road trip thing doesnt work for some reason, I have some cash ready if I have to fly out. I'm not missing this for the world.
