video tutorial subforum proposal

In the light of all the recent tutorials from Matt and David, I suggest the following:

Why not create a new subforum for "Video Tutorials"?

The best tutorials could be archived there and maybe it could be
moderated to keep the bad stuff away...

it would be a great starting point for newcomers and a great resource
for players of all levels...

ideas/comments?

I would say a sticky with links to all tutorial videos.

In erik chan's MASTER LIST in Trick Tips, there should be links to the trick tip videos right after whatever trick for which there is such a video. I like your thinking, but I don't think a new subforum is what these videos should be.

I think they should be an addition to the existing trick tips forum. this is just the evolution of that.

That's a great idea Matt. But I still think they should have their own sticky as well. The sticky could be in the trick tips section.

Guys, there are three stickied topics in the Trick Tips section, and one of them already is Anz' Trikz [trick tip videos].

Perhaps the recent tutorial vids could be added to this list?

Keep coming up with ideas.

When I have time I will see about something like changing the Anz' Tips thread into a complete video tips thread. John Mahood had set demo videos too at Hood's House, but I think his site has since closed. Updating of the Master List also needs attention, so I'll look into that.
